"I cannot keep wearing these loose clothes. Did you not ask someone to bring my clothes?" Elysia asked as she stood against the door of the dressing room.
"I have told Jake. In an hour, you will get everything here including your clothes," Trustin asserted.
"Are we going to live here?" Elysia queried.
"Yes," Trustin said. Elysia found he was tying the knot on his tie when she decided to help him. She went to him and stood in front of him.
"Let me help you," Elysia asserted and Trustin lowered his hands.
Elysia made a knot on the tie and pulled the tie such that he leaned down. Their faces came close and with that their heartbeats raised.
"Ahh, sorry," Elysia loosened her grip on the tie while Trustin stood straight. She adjusted the tie on his collar and took a step back. "It's done," she said and stepped away. Trustin looked at himself in the mirror and told her not to go out alone.
"I have a meeting with a person regarding office location," Elysia asserted.
"Office location?" Trustin was not aware of that.
"Hmm. I am an interior designer. I am thinking to begin my work professionally," Elysia said.
"I will ask my secretary to do it. You don't have to go out alone. I have an urgent meeting to attend and then I will take you to see the office," Trustin suggested to her.
"You already have asked two of your bodyguards to protect me," Elysia said.
"Fine, I will go with you," Trustin affirmed.
"What?" Elysia exclaimed. "That's not needed. Why would you ditch your meeting for me? Also, I will return within two hours," she stated. When Trustin did not agree, Elysia told him she would ask Eithan to accompany her.
"I won't feel good if you leave or delay your meeting because of me," Elysia stated. "Eithan will be with me, so it is not a problem," she muttered.
Trustin took out his phone from his pocket and called Eithan. After a few rings, Eithan answered the call.
"Eithan, come to the penthouse if you are free. Elysia needs to attend a meeting and I want you to accompany her. I have an important meeting to attend," Trustin asked his brother.
"Sure. I will accompany her," Eithan stated.
"Don't leave her sight," Trustin told Eithan and gazed at Elysia.
"I won't," Eithan assured him.
"Great! Come to the penthouse," Trustin said, "Elysia is waiting for you here."
Eithan hummed in response and disconnected the call from his side. Trustin lowered his hand and told Elysia not to leave the house unless Eithan arrived.
"I will go out with Eithan only," Elysia stated.
"Put my number on the emergency list," Trustin asserted.
"What? Why?" Elysia exclaimed in bewilderment.
"Because I will be the first person you have to call if something happens," Trustin stated.
"Not the Sheriff?" Elysia arched her eyebrow.
"Sheriff won't be able to help," Trustin asserted.
"Okay," Elysia agreed to him and went to the bedside table to pick up her phone. She put Trustin's number on the emergency and informed him about it.
"Great!" Trustin felt relieved. He lifted his wrist to look at the time and said, "I should leave," he stated.
"What about the breakfast? I have made it," Elysia asserted.
"Oh, you made!?" Trustin was surprised.
"Of course! I cannot let you go alone without having breakfast," Elysia affirmed.
"I thought we were not close enough for this," Trustin said.
"Last night changed a few things between us," Elysia proclaimed. "You will be late if you keep talking to me," she said and turned around. She walked ahead while Trustin followed her.
He pulled out a chair and settled on it while Elysia served the breakfast to him.
"You should sit too," Trustin stated and asked her why she did not dry her hair using the dryer.
"I will do it later," Elysia said, and sat on the chair. She picked up the toast and started eating it.
"So, do you plan to take revenge on your ex? Because I've got something in my mind," Trustin asserted.
"What do you have in mind?" Elysia was curious to know.
"There's a party soon. All the businessmen of our country are going to attend it including your ex. So, we should go there. It will be my first business party with my wife. What do you say?" Trustin queried her.
"Sure. I would love to join you," Elysia stated. "When will this party be?" she asked.
"After two days," Trustin answered.
"I don't want to be a crybaby anymore. You said you would take over Arteus's company soon. How do you plan to do it?" Elysia asked.
"I have not decided yet," Trustin stated.
Elysia put the orange juice glass on the table. "I will tell you tonight. I know how to enter his company and sit in on the board's meeting, which will be held the next month," she asserted.
Trustin smiled to see this side of his wife. He did not expect such a change in Elysia this early but he liked this side of her.
