Choosing a Path
Prince Alexander's fingers tightened around her wrist as if he intended to take her with him as he attempted to leave the mansion. The aggression in his actions startled those nearby, including Adrian, who had been passing by from a distance.
With swift determination, Adrian intervened, stepping between Alexander and Isabella. His voice was firm and unwavering as he addressed the situation. "Prince Alexander, this behavior is unacceptable. You must show respect, especially in the presence of our princess."
"Get out of my way!" Alexander's bewildered demeanor had Isabella go pale with fear.
"That's enough." Casmir grabbed Alexander's wrist, the sudden shouting causing him to jump into action. "Let's address this with the king, shall we?"
