The grammar could be better, and the writing could be more formatted. You can tell that the author tried hard to write this. I assume that English isn't the author's native language, so it is quite commendable that he/she tried their hand at writing a novel in a language that isn't their native language. However, I suggest putting it through an online grammar tool or something like that to improve the flow/grammar.
