Critical Crisis

Alex Nix is brutally killed, but apon returning to consciousness he is alarmed to be told by the Goddess of Love, Lucy that he has been judged unworthy of reincarnnation. The only way to earn it is to become an Apostle, someone who visits many worlds to help overcome whatever Crisis may befall them, or they are sent to kill rouge Apostles who may be causing critical issues.
