Crescent Moon: Ancient Prophecy

But as the ages passed, the gods' harmony was disrupted. Their rivalries and conflicts began to shape the world, and their powers, once balanced, now clashed. The land suffered, and the Kaleeki's magic began to wane. Terra, the guardian of balance, recognized the danger and took drastic measures. With a heavy heart, he chained the gods' powers, imprisoning them as stars in the sky. The world of Eridoria was forever changed. Terra, in his wisdom, foresaw a future where the balance would be restored. He prophesied that a child, born under the crescent moon, would wield the four powers of the gods. This child, named Ava, would be the key to unlocking the gods' chains and restoring harmony to the land. The prophecy was written on a sacred scroll, hidden in an ancient cave, and guarded by the priests of the Sanian caste. Centuries passed, and the prophecy was all but forgotten. But the oldest member of the Sanian caste, a wise and venerable Kaleeki named Kaelin Darkhaven, stumbled upon the ancient scroll while exploring the depths of the cave. As he unrolled the parchment, the words of Terra shone with a faint, otherworldly light. Kaelin knew that he had uncovered something momentous and hastened to share the prophecy with King Arin II. The king, intrigued by the prophecy, called upon his advisors and the leaders of the Kaleeki castes to convene in the great hall of the palace. Kaelin Darkhaven presented the scroll, and the assembly listened in awe as the prophecy was read aloud. The words spoke of Ava, a child born of a barren mother, who would wield the powers of the four gods and restore balance to the world. The assembly was divided, some doubting the prophecy's validity, while others saw it as a beacon of hope. King Arin II, however, was resolute. He decreed that the prophecy be spread throughout the land, and that the people of Eridoria prepare for the coming of Ava, the chosen one. And so, the kingdom awaited the arrival of the child who would bring harmony back to the world.

Crescent Moon: Ancient Prophecy

The ancient scroll, worn and weathered by the sands of time, lay at the heart of the Sani temple, its presence a testament to the will of Terra, guardian of the four gods. Legend had it that Terra himself had thrown down the scroll from the heavens, entrusting the Sanian clan with the sacred prophecy.

As Kaelin Darkhaven, leader of the Sanian clan, unrolled the parchment, the flickering torchlight revealed the intricate script, penned in a language long forgotten. The prophecy spoke of a celestial sign, a harbinger of hope and destiny:

"When stars align and planets converge,

A child shall be born, with crescent moon's emergence.

A mark of greatness, on their skin it shall shine,

A beacon of light, in darkness divine.

Their bloodline, a legacy of old,

Shall wield the power, to shape the land.

Through trials and tribulations, they shall stride,

Their heart, a vessel, for the gods' will to reside.

The crescent moon, a symbol of might,

Shall guide them on their journey, through the dark of night.

And when the time comes, for their fate to unfold,

The world shall tremble, at the legend yet untold."

Kaelin's eyes widened, as the prophecy's words resonated within him.

The Sanian clan's ability to read the stars had long been a sacred trust, and this ancient text revealed a truth that would change the course of their history. The birth of the crescent moon birthmark signaled the arrival of a chosen one, destined to shape the world's fate. The weight of this knowledge settled upon Kaelin's shoulders, as he realized the significance of the prophecy and the responsibility that came with it.

Years passed, and the land began to heal. The few survivors, who had banded together, multiplied in numbers through birth, and through hard work, they rebuilt their homes, cultivated the land and restarted their lives. The memory of the devasting war still lingered, but hope and resilience had taken root.

In the kingdom of Eridoria, King Arin II sat upon his throne, his eyes gazing out at the land he had sworn to protect. The war had left its scars, but the people had begun to rebuild, their resilience and determination inspiring the king to lead them towards a brighter future.

One day, when king Arin II with his cabinet members were having a meeting in the king's court, a delegation of Sanian clan members arrived at the palace, their leader, Kaelin Darkhaven, bearing an ancient scroll. The king's curiosity was piqued as Kaelin approached him, the scroll held reverently in his hands.

"Your Majesty," Kaelin began, "live forever."

Kíng Aron's eyes welled up in tears, he had searched for the Kaleeki, but he found just few left among them, amongst the Kaleeki survivors were children who neither know how to communicate with the gods nor how to use magical powers, and under Lady Nightshade, who had little knowledge of magic, they were sheltered and trained.

The king stood up from his throne, approached the Sanians and took Kaelin's hands in his, "you are alive, Kaelin, thank you for coming to find me as I was unable to find you."

Kaelin hastily bowed down to earth, "by the grace of the gods, I had survived and little of my descendants I found."

"I'm so glad, I'm so glad, thank you for coming and what brought you to the royal palace?" the king asked, turned and went back to his throne.

"We bring a message of hope. This scroll, thrown down from the heavens by Terra himself, speaks of a child who will bring balance back to our world." Kaelin said, still bowed with his hands up, holding the written scroll.

The king's eyes widened as he took the scroll, his fingers tracing the intricate script. "Kaelin, please get up, a child, you say? What makes this child so special?"

Kaelin got up, his eyes shone with conviction. "The prophecy speaks of a child born with a crescent moon birthmark, a sign of greatness and destiny. This child will restore the harmony of the elements, bring back the light of the gods, and balance the nature of our world."

The chief enuch took the scroll from Kaelin and brought it to the king, while the cabinets watched in surprise and gladness.

The king's heart raced as he read the words, the weight of their meaning settling upon him. He had always known that his people had been living in a world devoid of magic, but he had never imagined that a child could be the key to restoring it.

He gave Kaelin Darkhaven and his clan members who came with him, a quarter to stay in the palace, at least for some days before they will return. The king called for his advisors, sharing the prophecy with them. Together, they discussed the implications, their excitement growing as they realized the potential for their kingdom.

As news of the prophecy spread, the people of Eridoria began to await the birth of the child with bated breath. They built a grand temple in honor of the gods, hoping to entice them to return. The Sanian clan watched the celestial signs, waiting for the alignment that would signal the child's birth.

Years passed, and the anticipation grew. The king and his people prepared for the arrival of the promised child, their hearts filled with hope and expectation. They knew that the child's birth would mark a new era, one where magic would flourish, and the gods would once again walk among them, and will once again lead their battles.

The land was filled with a sense of possibility, the people holding onto the prophecy as a beacon of light in the darkness. They knew that the child's arrival would bring back the beauty and wonder that had been lost, restoring their world to its former glory.

And so, they waited, their eyes fixed on the horizon, ready to welcome the child who would bring balance back to their world.
