Hell Master’s Chamber
Startled by hearing the unknown voice, Alora rushed towards the mansion. Since she was alone, she couldn't even ask anybody if it was imaginary or if there was a voice.
She may not desire the throne, she certainly didn't want to die like a king David. Should she tell her parents about this? It would worry them more.
She paused when a man who was running somewhere noticed her and ran up to her. He stammered breathlessly when he greeted her, "Your- Your Highness…"
Alora nodded. She could see the panic on his face but she felt strange unlike how she always tried to help the one in need.
The man straightened his back and asked her, "Your Highness, could you please help me?" There was desperation in his tone.
Despite hearing the request of the man, Alora looked around. There were many people, why was he asking her? She was new there, how could she probably help him if he was in trouble?
Is this some kind of trick on her?
