Expecting

Raymond's POV

I was still so angry even after the morning board meeting 😫..................

I was thinking about where to go, if I should go back to my family mansion or somewhere else when my car suddenly broke down on the way.. darn it, why now

I didn't have much experience in fixing cars but I didn't even bother about it.. I just took out my phone and called my mechanic

Mechanic: Hello sir, good day

Me: yeah! My car just broke down and I want you here now.

Mechanic: where sir?

Me: i really didn't know where I was so I just looked around and saw a restaurant few meters away from me so i just told him Affro restaurant

Mechanic: sir it will take me 30 minutes to get there sir

Me: No problem, I will wait I said and hanged up

Decided to wait for him I just walked into the restaurant!!! I know it wasn't my kind though but I had no other choice....

Rachel's POV

I was busy serving drinks to customers when someone just bumped Into me and all the content of the coffee wet my clothes...only for me to look up and saw it was a guy..... we were just staring at each other as if we were each expecting something from one another.

....I don't know about him but I know I was expecting an apology because he was the one who bumped into me.. just as I was about to open my mouth to say something he spoke first.

Are you not going to apologize he said staring down at me with a hard glare. You are the one who is supposed to apologize to me. I said sharply because I could already know I was getting upset 😡. No you are the one to apologize he said without removing his gaze from mine.. I was about to argue when Queen came running to me asking what was happening, I told her everything was fine and she left.. Then I turned back to the annoying jerk behind me and saw him still staring at me making my blood boil even more..

If you know who you are arguing with you would be trembling already he said as he shifted his gaze away from me for the first time.. I was about to respond when his phone rang, he brought it out and answered and after a few talks he ended the call turned to look at me and before I knew it he pinched me cheek and said bye Rachel before he turned around and left leaving me standing there thinking 🤔 about what just happened.. How did he know my name??.

That stupid jerk....
