"Ziyue, think again." Yuan Li suggested with an anxious look. "Do you really want to do this?"

"Yes."

Yuan Li was unwilling. She bit her lips nervously and tried to convince Chen Ziyue to stop taking such a decision. "Then what about your dreams? You weren't like this before. Don't take me wrong. All I mean is that I knew you as a strong, independent, and passionate woman. You weren't the one to give up easily. For your dreams, you left your house, your father's business, and your family."

"That was before my accident, Yuan Li," Bai Liyue explained to her slowly. "I am not the previous Chen Ziyue. I don't have those memories anymore. It's like starting fresh, a new beginning for me. And, who said anything about giving up on my dreams? I just have changed them."

"What? I don't understand"

"I have a new dream to chase now."

This made Yuan Li even more confused. She tried to understand what exactly Chen Ziyue was trying to say but was getting confused instead. Finally, she gave up thinking and decided to ask directly. "What exactly do you mean? You are making me confused."

Bai Liyue sighed. She looked at her agent and started to feel a little irked. Her agent seemed so stupid. Even after saying everything, she looked confused. Why can't she understand such a simple thing? With another sigh, she opened her mouth to explain when suddenly, her eyes fell to another table in the corner. The moment she saw the man at the table, her pupils dilated in shock and then surprise.

Wait, isn't that man the businessman that she was rumored to have an affair with?

Was he doing here?

And most importantly, who is that woman beside him?

She continued to look at the businessman calmly. He wasn't alone. He was having dinner with a woman and by their interaction, she could see that the businessman was quite close to that woman. Perhaps, this woman was his wife. But, there was only one problem with that thought.

Why would the businessman's wife cover/hide her face?

Just like her, the woman sitting beside the businessman was also hiding her face behind those big black goggles. On top of that, she was also covering her head with a scarf. All of this told her that this woman didn't want anybody to identify her. So, maybe this woman was not the businessman's wife but his lover - the one who was actually involved in that scandal with him.

Was this it?

Was she finally going to know the truth?

Bai Liyue narrowed her eyes slowly. Today, she posted a message about her comeback and Yuan Li called her out of dinner. Everything seemed fine until she saw the businessman with a woman. How come there was such a beautiful coincidence in this world? She did not believe in such a beautiful coincidence. All she could smell was that dirty awful smell of a big conspiracy against her.

"Ziyue?"

"Ziyue!!!"

Bai Liyue was startled. She removed her eyes from the businessman's table and finally focused on Yuan Li. Seeing her concerned look, she apologized lightly, "I am sorry. I was just thinking about something..... So, what were you asking?"

Yuan Li was puzzled by Bai Liyue's momentary dazed look but she didn't think or inquire much about that. Instead, she repeated her previous question once again. "Ziyue, you said that you have changed your dreams. What do you mean by that?"

"Tsk... Yuan Li, it's so simple," she tsked, clearly irritated by the same question. "I want to quit the singing industry and join another industry."

"Which one?"

"Acting," Bai Liyue answered slowly.

Yuan Li: "............" (What!!!! A good singer wants to leave the singing industry and join the acting industry??? Was Chen Ziyue crazy?)

She was shocked for an entire minute. She couldn't understand what Chen Ziyue was thinking. Well, it's not like before this, others haven't tried to do the same thing. There were singers who gave a shot at acting and succeeded. But, how can Chen Ziyue be like those singers with good acting skills? She had terrible acting skills.

A small memory flashed in her mind where Chen Ziyue was once offered to do a small role of a singer in a movie because of her beauty. It was that day when she realized that Chen Ziyue couldn't act and hence, she took a promise from Chen Ziyue to never act in any movies.

Did Chen Ziyue forget about her bad acting skills? Oh yes! She did.

"Chen Ziyue, you are suffering from memory loss but I am not," Yuan Li began, "You cannot do this. You would make a terrible actor. You cannot act. Please, stop making such bad decision. I still remember that day when you tried to act and couldn't."

"What?" Bai Liyue was confused.

It was then that Yuan Li began to describe to her about Chen Ziyue's bad acting skills. Bai Liyue listened to the everything carefully, but her mind never changed. Chen Ziyue might be a terrible actor, but she was not. She was Bai Liyue, a person who had studied was in acting acdemy for several years. She fully believed in herself to act perfectly with Chen Ziyue's body.

"Yuan Li, I am not changing my decision," she declared firmly. "You do as I say. Cancel my contract and pay the required amount of money. As for the rest, I will handle it."

Seeing Bai Liyue's stubborn look, Yuan Li almost suffered from a myocardial infarction on the spot. She took a deep breath, clucthced the hem of her dress and spoke through gritted teeth,"Ziyue, you are not understanding. You and acting are like water and oil. You cannot do this!!!!"

"Trust me, Yuan Li. I have made my mind and I won't change it," Yuan Li said stubbornly. Suddenly, she noticed that the businessman got up from his chair and was leaving the restaurant with the woman in his arms. She narrowed her eyes and made a quick decision in her heart. Even though she knew that this might be a conspiracy against her, she wanted to give it a try.

This was her only chance of seeing this woman's face and she did not want to loose it.
