Crash Into Hello

"You make me feel...you make me feel.." he roamed around the gym in sheer desperation, hands tucked into his hair, tugging at the roots wildly. "What?" I asked nervously but soon regretted it. His angry eyes pinned me against the wall. Suddenly charging at me, he spun me round, my front pressing firmly against the wall, his hard stoned body crushed hard against mine. I sucked in a sharp breath, a shiver rolling down my spine. "Can you feel this?" He whispered fiercely, making me quiver as he performed a desperate grind of his hard groin against my bottom. His hands dropping to roam my body, heavy and desperate. "Yes." I replied, my voice barely a whisper. My skin reacting to his touch and my heart hammering against my chest in a way I would never understand. "This is what you do to me. You're doing something to my insides, Genesis. You're making me deal with stuffs I do not want to deal with. You're fucking with my thoughts. You're stealing something from me. I'm beginning to trust you too damn much. You're scaring me and I want you to fucking stop. Now. This second." Abruptly, he recoiled. I thought he was done. I thought he would leave. Then, he screamed. An earthy growl, husky with anger, vibrating the walls of the entire gym room. CHAPTER 26

Genesis's POV

A slight peep through the parted blinds made my lids snap shut. The sun was up and scorching, the dark had long ebbed away for the day's new arrival and my brain felt like it would swell beyond the capacity of my skull. I lifted my eyelids midway only for them to snap shut at an instant. My head was banging, a wave of nausea creeping in and a putrid taste on my tongue reminded me of how wild my night must have been.

I managed to split my lids again, forcing to keep them open. My vision was hazy, my surroundings swayed and it was difficult discerning my surroundings. I was more aware of the splitting headache than the layer of saliva that stuck on my lips. This feeling only meant I had had loads of sickening fun the night before but my head was vacant. I smacked my lips and my stomach turned in an unfriendly way.

I blinked hard and furious in a bid to get connected with my surroundings, to chase away the heaviness from my eyes and slowly but surely, all obscurity began to fade away. The room ceased to spin and my eye sight regained slowly started to regain clarity. My eyebrows crashed together in utter confusion as I took in where I was. My brain fought unrelentlessly in connecting the wires as to how I ended up here but they sparked and burnt, leaving unconnected dots in their wave.

I scanned the room and the panic grew. Something wasn't right. Something just wasn't right. I could feel it in my bones. Deep in my guts. My heartbeat sped up fast and my nerves sparked like live wires. Thoughts of the previous night were accelerating inside my head but they were all empty and hazy, nothing concrete to help me riddle this out. I made to bolt out of the bed but the bed cover which was previously drawn up to my chest fell and immediately, my naked body came into view.

I blanched, a lethal combination of panic and shock taking full control of my body. My eyes rounded like saucers and my heart hammered wildly in my chest. Blood drained from my skin as more adrenaline and cortisol flooded me.

Oh God.

I palmed my face in disgust of myself.

"This isn't happening. This just isn't happening." Side to side, my head shook. My hands covered my face like if I kept it that way, I wouldn't see the truth staring back at me but I knew it was there. Even in my mind's eye, I could see it at the forefront, seated with a luxurious bottle of champagne, defiantly mocking me, like a layer drop of oil floating right at the water surface.

Oh God!

What have I done?

"Well, goodmorning to you too." I flinched at the deep voice, hard and husky. I instantly recognized its owner. I whipped my head carelessly in his direction and instantly winced, grimacing as a cantankerous head pain violently struck my skull but that didn't stop those traitorous goosebumps and slight prickles that had recently begun to scath my skin whenever we were in close proximity to announce its presence. The hairs at the nape of my neck stood on attention at the site of him. Dark and brooding, ankle-crossed at the far corner of the room where the sun's rays blistered, I didn't miss the way the muscle under his right eye developed a tick, akin to a time bomb. His eyes holding that usual animous glare and his voice, as deep as the ocean caused cold chills to dance along my spine.

"You were sleeping like the dead. I thought you never gon' wake up. I get it....I mean after last night...."

My heart beat quickened, the constant 'dun dun dun' sound pounding so hard against the walls of my my rib cage.

"Last...last night?" My stomach churned. "What...what happened...happened last night?" I couldn't hide the fear and apprehension in my voice.

His piercing green eyes concentrated hard on my petite form curled up on the bed. His jaw, angular and razored clenched and unclenched every now and then and his demeanour, fierce and unfriendly made my heart beat thrice as fast than normal.

I gulped at his daggered glare, contorting the bed sheet in the palm of my hands, "What happened last night Dario?"

I watched him draw in smoke from the lit cigarette stuck between his lips and into his lungs. The smoke dawdle floated in the air when he puffed out and suspended to form a ring before fading away.

"What do you think happened? You're naked underneath." He nonchalantly replied.

"Oh my God. I was drunk. I was drunk Dario. This isn't happening. This is just not happening."

"You're creating loads of unwanted noise here. I would appreciate it if you could just shut the hell up. Thanks."

"Are you being serious?" I bolted out of the bed, taking the sheets along with me whilst ignoring the excruciating headache threatening to split my skull open. "Are you being serious right now Dario? I was drunk last night. Drunk and you....oh my God. How did this even happen? How did we...Jesus Christ..." My lips quivered. My heart trembled. The tears burned. I blinked hard and furiously to push them away. How could I have been so careless? How could I even begin to explain this? "You...you took advantage of my vulnerability and you...you..."

Like a bulldog, he charged at me. I saw him go past his tipping point. One moment, he had his anger in a bundle, his chest coping just fine, the next, anyone who chose not to take cover was an idiot and I didn't. I stood my ground and tipped my chin higher. It must have been my anger and adrenaline behind it because his rage held all the power of a wildfire, you could practically see the flames roaring in his eyes, ready to ignite anything that he came in contact with.

"You wanted it." He seethed, mad with fury. "You fucking wanted it. You were begging for it so don't you dare stand in my fucking face and accuse me of shit I didn't do because my mama taught me well enough. I didn't come to you. YOU came to me so the next time you gon' act stupid, keep me the hell away from it."

              "You're sick."

"I'm not sick. I'm twisted. Sick makes it sound like there's a cure. Goddamn it! You wanna know what happened last night? You fucking wanna know what went down yesterday between you and I?" He grabbed me harshly, turning me around without caution. I stumbled on my feet, almost tripping before my front pressed hard on a wall mounted mirror. The next thing he did put my heart on stop for a moment. The bed sheet concealing my nakedness was ripped away from my skin and my chin gripped tightly, enough to leave a mark.

"You wanna know if we had sex, huh? You wanna know if I fucked you? What did I tell you? What the hell did I tell you?" He yelled into my ears. His front was pressed hard against my back as I was forced to stare at my naked reflection through the mirror.

"Answer me." He roared. I fidgetted, fear gripping me harshly.

I gulped, "I-I don't know. I don't know what you're talking about."

"You're still on your fucking feet. That should tell you something." The tips of his fingers clamped down on the outside of my thighs. He clutched my right leg roughly and lifted it up while using the weight of his body to keep me glued to the mirror.

My heart began racing as his other hand went straight for my vagina and began to work his fingers over my clitoris. I squeezed my eyes shut the moment his warm lips found my skin.

"Open them." He nudged. "Keep your eyes open and look at yourself. Look at the way I made you feel. The way I fucked you. I want you to watch yourself through the fucking mirror as you come on my fingers. Open your goddamn eyes."

Instantly, they flew open and locked on his through the mirror. His were intent and determined, lethal and sinister. Without a single word spoken in that moment, our eyes never left eachother's gaze. I let an uncontrollable moan escape the clept of my lips when he unexpectedly slipped a finger into me. My eyes fluttered, almost shutting out as I fought to maintain our gaze. My heart beat quickened and my breathing frequency increased. Without warning, he curled his finger inside me and started hitting a spot I never knew was in existence. It sent me over the edge in an instant and after I was aware of my actions, my spine arched and my hips started to rotate erratically against the front of him.

"Oh Dario. Please." I pleaded for what I wasn't so certain for.

"When else you think I took advantage of you, remember this face you're pulling off right now. Open your eyes and look at it. Let it sink into your head. Remember this moment and how I wild I driving you. Remember how tight your pussy is gripping my fingers right now, how your sweet juices are dripping down your legs without a fucking control. Most importantly, don't forget how much you love it and how much more you're craving. No one gon' touch you like I do. No one gon' make you cum like me. No one. Only me. Don't ever let that leave your mind Genesis. Don't you dare."

"Ahhhh....Oh God...Da...dario please." I moaned and gasped, unable to control my body reactions to him. My muscles clenched so tight it had me seeing stars. Suddenly, he spunned me around. My chest roughly slammed against his. Before I could catch my bearing, he rammed his tongue into my mouth, sweeping along the inside of my cheeks and tangling with mine. The kiss became more forceful as his hand reached down to take my bare bottom. He scrunched and grasped, pushing me hard into the wall with his weight.

Eventually, he pushed back, leaving me panting and out of breath while he appeared put together. He leaned in, brushing his nose along my cheek, creating a small trail to the side of my face. I felt him blow above my ears, shots of tingles erupting across my skin from the feeling of his lips on my sensitive skin as he casted words of whispers to my hearing.

"I'm going to break you. And when I'm done, there won't be anything left of you."

Then, he broke away. I fell to the floor the moment his body detached from mine. His weight had been the thing keeping me up on my feets. My legs were too weak to hold my body up after  the way he manipulated my body.

"Go take a shower. You stink." Was his last words before turning his back to me.

"So what are your plans tonight?" Lana's loud voice retrieved me from my reverie. I wouldn't blame her to he honest. Considering the loud music blasting from the booming speakers, one's voice just had to be unmistakably louder if he or she wanted to be heard.

"What?" I yelled back at her.

"I said what are your plans for tonight, Genesis?"

"Oh...I..." Just this time. Just this one last time.  I turned my head back around, cutting my eyes to the farthest corner of the lounge, manoeuvring my gaze from the throng of wasted individuals having the time of their lives before they came to rest on a lone, bulky frame benched near the bar counter. Alone, head bent against the surface, hiding under the umbrella of his hood and leather jacket. I couldn't restrain myself. I just couldn't keep my eyes away from him. Our sexual rendezvous that occurred behind the closed doors of his room failed to leave my mind no matter how hard I tried to make it to.

Every moment. Every one of them. Every last one kept on reeling like an old movie with no intention of hitting the end button. The things he did to me. The words he whispered into my ears. The ways and manners he handled me. His mouth moved with such fierce tenderness over mine, then opened with a fiery demand.

The first time he touched me. He did it to punish me. He did it to inflate his ego...to prove a point. He did it to make me feel less of myself. I felt nothing but anger, rage and fury. I was mad. It felt like he stole something from me, like he just took it without asking, without permission, without giving me so much of a choice. I couldn't even decide. He didn't let me. Dario just didn't give me a choice. The only thing I could do was play along and feign rigidity. I could only act strong even though I wasn't so much.

But now, his kisses were so much different. His lips were meant to taste like a forbidden fruit. Yet, every breath exchanged between our urgent mouths tasted limitless. Boundary lines melted the moment his touch seared my skin and his kiss burned my lips. Every time they met, I  now come to dread the end.

               "Genesis."

My head immediately whisked to the side, catching Lana's questioning eyes.

"Wh-what?" I gulped, immediately reaching out for the glass of water in front of me. This night, I made sure not to take anything alcoholic but that was the main thing being passed around. In time, I noticed college parties never really boozed without a crazy amount of alcohol to spice things up.

"You good? Who you looking at?" I saw her eyes quickly flick to his corner and back at me. They twitched and her tongue clicked.

                 "You sure you're okay?"

I swallowed the saliva that formed at the back of my throat. My mouth turned suddenly dry. I immediately downed the remaining content of the glass.

"Yeah sure. I am." I nervously chuckled. "Why won't I be?"

A pair of strong arms swaddled my waist. Light kisses pebbled my skin and a rush of guilt engulfed my entire being.

                "Hey."

I swivelled in my chair, meeting two silvery blue orbs tenderly staring at my face. I forced a smile to crack against my lips as I returned his stare, a small whisper escaped the cleft.

"Hi." I breathed, unsure how else to respond.

               "You done packing?"

I stared blankly at him, uncertain of the direction of his drive.

               "What?"

               "Are you done packing?"

               "Packing? I...I don't..."

He chuckled, cupping my cheek in his hands before leaning in to plant a soft kiss on my lips.

"Baby, you need to see how you look when you go that way. So damn beautiful."

               "Go...go which way? You...I..."

He laughed again, "We are leaving tomorrow...back to campus, remember?"

                "Oh. Yeah...I didn't..."

His phone dinged. He reached behind his rear to pull it out. I didn't try to stop myself this time. I didn't even think of it. I succumbed right into temptation and turned my neck again in his direction. A deep surge of panic from an unknown source swirled inside of me as I watched him heavily lift himself up. His right palm was plastered on his side as he bypassed the elevator and chose to take the stairs instead. His steps were unsteady and his movements were slow.

"Genny, I'm sorry I've got to go."

Immediately, his breath fanned the side of my face, I whisked my head, catching his eyes.

"Oh...okay...I'll - I'll just..." He caught my lips in his mouth before the next choice of ramble could tumble out of them.

              "I'll see you tonight, yeah?"

"Where - where are you going?"

"Meeting up with someone." He smiled down at me. "You'll be fine?"

I nodded, unable to think of something reasonable to say.

The moment he left, I looked for Dario where my eyes had left him and saw black entirely vanishing from the party. Over the short time I had known him, I've come to perceive him as one who basked in solitude. Being alone was where he thrived the most. Inside himself is a place where he lives all alone and that's where he renewes his spring that never dries up. It fascinates me. How he is. His entire set up. His whole character.

He is a different type of human. It took a while to see it but Dario is a magic not meant for everyone to comprehend. I'm not sure who else could detect who he really is. I don't know how many people who knows who truly Dario Campbell is? I know because I have seen it. I am aware because he showed it to me. He let me see a piece of him and then snatched it back with force but what he didn't know is that it never left my mind.

"Where are you going?" I stopped immediately, turning to face Lana.

"I am...I am going to use the restroom." Her eyebrow arched.

I followed him down the hall. This exact moment reminded me of our first night alone. I shook those flashbacks away and concentrated on trailing him unnoticed.

He brought us to his room. I watched him retrieve a swipe card from his pocket and immediately, I heard a small sound punch the air the instant he unlocked the door. I tiptoed, creeping on him as quiet as I could till he crossed the threshold into his room, leaving the door open just like the first time. I rounded the corner, coming face to face with the dark interior of his room.

Immediately I stepped in, the door banged closed and my back instantly hit the wall. Contrary to how this scene played out the first time, it wasn't enough to knock the breath out of me.

               "You're following me. Why?"
