35 Chapter 35: Despair and Fear

Crash scrambles to hide behind the nearest crate. He shivers while hearing the screams. As the front door opens, he sees the two perpetrators and their newest victim. 'Oh no.' Crash thinks with apprehension. He notices that the boy's face is covered in a burlap sack. The second criminal drags the victim across the floor.

The teen looks over at his fellow captive. Kyle remains cautious behind his crate. With a finger pulled to his lips, he signals for Crash to remain silent. 'You don't have to ask me twice.' Crash thinks while nodding in understanding. His gaze returns towards the front. Crash sees the three centered around a stool.

Pandora directs a hand at a stool. His henchman thrusts the teen onto the seat. While standing in between his superior and the bound teenagers, the lackey blocks the view of their victim. Crash struggles to see what the teenager looks like. He tilts his head over more when the burlap sack is removed.

"I can't see," Crash whispers.
