81 Chapter 81

Ryuuen stood up and kicked Syl. "Dumbass."

Syl rolled into the tree again before standing up and holding his side.

At this point a few class D students had arrived. "What do you think you're doing?" Horikita asked.

Ryuuen smiled. "I'm trying to find your puppet master, Suzune."

Sudo charged at him. "Bastard!"

Sudo was stopped by Hashimoto and Kito.

Hashimoto smiled. "Relax. He's trying to get you angry."

Sudo took a moment and a deep breath. "But that bastard kicked Syl. He deserves it."

Sudo then looked at Ryuuen. "How can you kick a man when he's down?! And you call yourself a fighter! Can't you just leave him alone? His girlfriend was just expelled! He doesn't even know how to fight!"

Ryuuen looked at him and laughed. "KUkukukukuku." He looked a Syl.

Syl was still 'injured' and holding his side.

Ryuuen shook his head and laughed harder.

"What are you laughing at?!" Sudo shouted.

"I don't even know what part of that was funniest." Ryuuen replied.

Syl was sad Kushida was expelled? What a joke!

Syl couldn't fight? What a joke!

Syl was hurt by that kick? What a joke!

Ryuuen shook his head as he laughed at how much Syl's class underestimated him.

Even Sakayanagi smiled smugly. She could feel Syl's muscular frame when he picked her up and she was doubtful he was that much of a pushover.

He also claimed to have beat Ayanokoji in a fight. So she had reason to believe he at least knew how.

Whether she would believe that he actually beat Ayanokoji or not was another story.

Syl stood up with a strained smile. "Don't worry guys! I'm fine!"

Class D looked at Ryuuen with anger.

At this point Koenji smiled. "Fufu. I'd appreciate it if you left my hunting partner alone, Dragon boy."

Ryuuen's smile faded and he grabbed Koenji by the collar. "I don't appreciate it when people call me that. Unless you're asking to get fucked up?"

Koenji acted like nothing was wrong. "Let's end the farce, I have other things to do. You think I might be this X right? Well, I'm telling you now that I'm not."

"Do you have any proof?" Ishizaki asked.

"I just told you it wasn't me. There's your proof. Now let me go." Koenji said with a little force in his voice.

Ryuuen looked into his eyes for a moment before laughing.

He let go of Koenji. "Get out of here you bastard." He turned to his classmates. "It's not him."

"Then who the fuck is it?" Ibuki asked, annoyed.

Syl sighed. The toddler was back.

He would have been perfectly fine never seeing her again.

Ryuuen didn't even bother answering her.

"Fufu. Did you not get what you were looking for, Dragon boy?"

Ryuuen looked at Sakayanagi coldly.

Syl sighed. "Do you always have to be so smug and antagonizing?"

"Yes."

Syl shook his head. Thinking he would have to protect the loli again.

However, this time Hashimoto and Kito stepped up and put gloves on.

They got into fighting stances in front of Ryuuen.

Syl smirked. He pulled out his own glove and put them on.

"What do you think you're doing?" Horikita asked as she grabbed Syl by his ear and pulled him away.

"Owowowowow! What the fuck?! I told you I'm not a masochist!"

"You can't fight." Horikita scolded as she let him go.

"Sheesh. Fine MOM." Syl replied as he rubbed his ear.

"I wasn't even going to fight anyway… the gloves are just cool." Syl mumbled.

Horikita stomped on his foot.

"OW! I didn't even do anything that time!"

"That's for last time, when you ran away."

Syl held his foot in pain. "Damn witch."

Sakayanagi watched this with amusement before eventually turning her attention back to the stand off of class A and C.

Just then Ichinose showed up. "Hey! What's everyone doing?"

Everyone groaned and started walking away. The snitch was here!

"Fufufu. You have an amazing talent." Sakayanagi said.

"Thanks!" Ichinose responded happily.

"She wasn't complimenting you!" Syl called out.

"What? Really?"

"You're free to take it as you wish." Sakayanagi replied.

"Then I'll take it as a compliment!" Ichinose said happily.

Syl and a few others face palmed.

Eventually everyone dispersed as the quarrel had died down the moment Ichinose showed up. It just got kind of boring.

Syl went home too.

These days Syl was being cautious and taking note of where Kei was at all times.

He wasn't doing it to be a creep or anything! It was for her own safety!

Syl was extremely alert about Ryuuen's movements as well.

He had no problems keeping tabs on both people.

Eventually, the fateful day came.

Kei was lured out to a rooftop.

Syl sent a text.

[Get your ass over here. Now. Don't delay.]

Then he looked around to make sure nobody was around before jumping up the side of the building and landing on the roof.

He landed on top of the door to the stairs and sat on the flat concrete mini roof.

A few minutes later a few people walked out.

Syl activated his stealth.

They were half dragging Kei by her hair.

Ryuuen smiled and spread his arms.

"Kukukuku. So you're X's partner! Why don't you tell me who X is?"

Kei shook her head. "I don't know anything."

Ryuuen smiled evilly. "Hold her down. Ishizaki, get the buckets."

Ishizaki obeyed and went down the stairs to fetch the water.

"W-what are you going to do?" Kei asked in fear.

"Kukuku. I heard you used to be bullied. You're going to relive some of your memories."

Kei's eyes widened in horror.

Just then Ishizaki returned.

"N-no-no. P-p-p-please."

Ishizaki looked over to Ryuuen with the bucket of water raised high.

Ryuuen nodded.

Ishizaki started tilting the bucket down.
