Chapter 32

Syl showed up to class ready for a vacation.

He was wearing a pink flamingo floaty around his waist, a snorkel and goggles along with a yellow bathing suit and no shirt. He also had flippers on his feet and water wings.

"Who's ready for a cruise??" He called out as he walked into class.

Half the class was stunned while the other class laughed.

Chabashira sighed.

"Sujin, we haven't even left school yet. It will be a 5 hour bus ride to get to the boat, please put appropriate clothes on." She said as she looked him up and down.

"Bah! I'll be fine! What's wrong with being excited about a two week vacation?" Syl told Chabashira with a wink.

'He seems to know something… good.' Chabashira thought.

Syl just took his seat still in his swimming attire.

Suddenly Karuizawa approached him. "I thought you couldn't swim?"

Syl tilted his head like she was an idiot. "Don't you know that dogs can swim?"

"... Did you just, like, call yourself a dog?" She responded.

"What? You called me a dog! How mean!" Syl acted hurt.

Karuizawa smirked. "Did you know that dog's have short attention spans and bad memories? Maybe you, like, really are a doggie?"

Syl's face turned ghostly white! "Shut up! You're the doggie! Where did you even learn that?"

"When I searched up whether or not dogs could swim…"

Syl laughed. "Wait, you really didn't know dogs could swim? I thought you were joking back then!"

Karuizawa pouted. "And I also thought that you couldn't swim. Didn't you say that 'you forgot'?"

Syl's smiled. "I just remembered!"

"... How does that make, like, any sense?"

"I can swim now!" Syl said happily.

"Nono. How do you just forget, then just remember how to swim, that's like totally doesn't make any sense!"

Syl's smile started to falter. "I just remembered! Stop nagging will you?"

Karuizawa just sighed.

"You're totally an idiot."

"Wha- am not! Take that back!"

Karuizawa smiled. "You're an idiot!" She called out as she walked away.

Syl gasped in shock and offense. "Damn doggie!" He called out after her, but she just ignored him.

Kushida walked over to Syl.

"I actually really like your outfit!" She said with a smile.

Syl grit his teeth.

"I'm going to the bathroom." He said as he stood up and left.

Kushida looked around the classroom confused. "Did I say something wrong?"

Karuizawa noticed Syl's reaction and looked at Kushida suspiciously. Her woman's instinct was telling her something was wrong, either someone was happening between the two, or there was some other reason Syl didn't seem to like Kushida…

"Did you, like, do something mean to Syl?" She asked Kushida.

Kushida put on a perfect fake smile and airhead act. "I can't think of anything… maybe he's still mad about Horikita…"

If Syl heard this he would have smacked her with that rock right here! What a bitch! Trying to use this to once again hurt Horikita's reputation! How annoying!

Karuizawa couldn't feel anything off about Kushida's answer so she just shrugged and left the issue alone.

Just then Syl returned to class in his school uniform and sat down at his desk with a pout on his face and his arms crossed.

He wasn't gonna wear anything Kushida complimented! So he changed!

What a petty guy!

Chabashira looked at Syl, amused.

Who knows why?

Anyway!

A few hours later!

The class was ready to get onto the first class cruise ship, with free everything!

Syl walked aboard the cruise ship and went to a quiet corner alone, he used his size manipulation magic and telekinesis to change Dawn's Ballad from his earring into its original size and made it look like a walking stick.

He held his beloved sword in his hands and felt good, having a sword in his hands made him feel whole ever since he got Butterfly style swordsmanship and Dawns Ballad. The fact that he had only been able to use Dawn's Ballad as a pencil for the last month has been eating away at him.

Well at least other than when he would train in his own room, which he now had set to 2x gravity. He was also using higher and higher weights every week. But he was training properly! Remember to always be safe when you lift weights!

So, Syl's body actually didn't look much different even though his strength had definitely grown, he still had a lean looking build and didn't look like a balloon animal. This was due to all his enhancements and body optimization pill allowing his muscles to compound and produce more explosive power without having to actually grow. He was just like Mitsuri Kanroji (Pink hair girl from Demon Slayer) in that respect.

Anyway!

Syl was really excited about the upcoming special exam, it was the first special exam! Maybe he would even get bonus spins from Sys!

Syl was really itching to spin more, he was super addicted to this damn gacha, but had somehow held back and not bought any spins in the last month. He even had over 200,000 points right now!

He was almost rich!

Suddenly, someone approached Syl.
