Incoming Catastrophe (Part I)

After beating the hell out of Shen Yimin, Feng Zhen sighed in relief. Then he withdrew his spear.

Just as he was about to turn around, he heard a notification sound.

[Ding! hordes of Demonic Beasts approaching]

[Ding! System recommends host to flee]

"Huh!"

'What the Fuck' thought Feng Zhen.

[Ding! System detected two peak Level 9 Demonic Beast approaching]

'Damn, Who the hell provoked such existence. I haven't enter the Emperor's Transformation Stage. Why does such existence even exist in this world.' thought Feng Zhen as he frowned while looking at a certain direction.

When the powerhouses noticed Feng Zhen facial expression, they were confused. But the moment they detected the presence of the peaks Level 9 Demonic Beasts, Their expression changed.

'How could my son have such perception' thought Emperor Chuanyin in amazement. All that Feng Zhen did today was really a massive shock to him.

Then he sent a message to Qin Xiao on how to address this issue.

"Everyone Listen up, Today's Academy's Entrance Examination is cancelled for the meantime" said Qin Xiao.

Immediately the crowd heard what Qin Xiao said, they went into an uproar.

"Everyone calm down, the reason for holding the examination, Is because the Imperial city would be under attack before noon" said Qin Xiao.

"Also for all the Princes, his Majesty ordered that you all should see him" said Qin Xiao.

After a while of whisper's and murmuring with complains, the audience and some participants left the academy.

"What are the rest of you waiting for" asked Qin Xiao.

"Sir, we want to defend the city"

"Yes, Sir we want to defend our homes"

"Hah, you want to defend your home with such cultivation" said Qin Xiao

"Although we know we are weak, we still want to protect our city"

"Alright, if you say so" said Qin Xiao.

"Mei'er, Xuan'er take Uncle Liao and go stay at the inn" said Feng Zhen.

"Zhen'er" exclaimed Shen guan mei in worry.

"Hahaha... Missing me already" asked Feng Zhen with a smile.

"Hump, Who would miss you" said Zhao Xuan, but in the dept of her eyes, traces of worry could be seen.

"Zhen'er, won't you come with us" asked Shen guan mei with a worried expression.

"Mei'er, Zhen'er is the prince of this country, are you expecting him to hide during the county's time of need" asked Uncle Liao.

"But uncle!" said Shen guan mei.

Looking at the worried Shen guan mei, Feng Zhen felt warm in his heart.

"Mei'er, How about we make a promise" said Feng Zhen with an evil smile.

"What promise" asked Shen guan mei in confusion.

"After all this is over, we should continue where we stopped. How about it" said Feng Zhen as he licked his lips.

When Shen guan mei heard what Feng Zhen said she blushed and nodded. Just like that she even forgot her worries.

It wasn't until now did Uncle Liao finally understood what happened and why Feng Zhen was previously annoyed.

'It seems he's trying to have his way with Mei'er. Is this a good new or a bad new' thought Uncle Liao as he sighed.

"Uncle Liao, Zhen'er, how should we take care of him" asked Zhao Xuan while she pointed at Shen Yimin.

"Don't worry, I will seal his cultivation now his weak and get informations of what's happened and what's happening in my country after I left" said Uncle Liao.

"Alright" said Feng Zhen.

Then he left.
