"The dean has returned. Follow me fast," Secretary General Blacksky commanded as he and Xu Jingming shot through the sky.

The pair transformed into beams of light, flying thousands of kilometers across the small planet until they reached a garden courtyard. A small, short-haired man sat in a chair, admiring the vibrant flowers.

"Dean." Blacksky bowed. "He's here."

Xu Jingming also studied the man in front of him.

In the past, when Xu Jingming had encountered the dean, he had seen consciousness carriers with awe-inspiring, transcendent auras. But upon seeing the dean's true form, Xu Jingming felt that the dean appeared ordinary; he didn't emit any aura at all.

Has he completely suppressed all of his aura? Xu Jingming wondered.

"Blacksky, you may go," the dean said.

"Yes, Dean." Blacksky immediately evaporated and vanished.
