Time dojutsu

General description: When channeling chakra to the dojutsu while looking at somebody, you can slow them down. Can stop their time on the next level.

Abilities:

1st form:

The user can see chakra, giving it color in order to distinguish it by its composition and source as well as see it through some obstructions but not all like the byakugan can. The user is also granted incredible clarity of perception, enabling them to read lips or mimic a persons action without necessarily seeing it because the person has their back facing you. The user can see fast-moving objects and even predict/anticipate an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept the opponent. Because of the clarity of perception, the user can read the enemy's hand seals to give them an insight of the performed technique's nature (regardless of the speed of performance, so long as the hands are not physically hidden from view of the user), so they're able to copy almost any jutsu they see, memorizing ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy. They can then either perform that jutsu or modify it to suit their needs [basically the eye of insight from the sharingan The sharingan has two abilities, eye of insight and eye of hypnotism].

When looking at a group of people while channeling chakra to the dojutsu, the people will slow down for as long as you keep channeling chakra to the dojutsu (by default, everyone you look at, even the ones in your peripheral vision will slow down). You can focus on a person to slow their time down (this will make it so even if others are in your vision, only the person or people your focusing on will have slowed down (will consume more chakra to focus on single person or group of people but they'll be slowed down longer than the default).

2nd form:

Retains all the first forms abilities and more. Better vision and clarity of perception than before. Less chakra cost to slow people down than in the first form.

The user gains the ability to stop time of those in his vision or those he's focusing on. Very high energy consuming.

The user can also create a chakra avatar of their own and do far more with it than mangekyo sharingan users with their susanoo can. 1st chakra avatar form is skeleton, second is muscles, third is skin, fourth is armor, fifth is weapons (chakra avatar weapons formed by the users chakra) and sixth is legs and wings. When user reaches the fourth level of their chakra avatar, they can summon the same armor their chakra avatar spirit wears onto themselves for added protection and offensive power (as summoning the gauntlets of their chakra avatar onto their fists to punch with them would add more damage). When they reach the fifth level of their chakra avatar, they can summon any of their chakra avatar weapons formed by their chakra to themselves to fight with (so they do not need to carry any weapons around when they're capable of making them with this ability). When the sixth level of their chakra avatar is reached, they can summon their chakra avatar's wings onto their back so they can fly on their own without being inside the head of a giant chakra avatar unless they choose to make the giant chakra avatar to travel around in and be spotted from 100 miles away. The user can also make the chakra avatar fight separately from him (like Naruto did in the movie against Toneri when he separated from Kurama to fight Toneri Otsutsuki while Kurama fought the huge golem/whatever it was called.

3rd form:

Retains all the first and second forms abilities and more. Better vision and clarity of perception than before. Less chakra cost to slow and stop people than in the first and second form.

User gets an ability to see through time. On default, the ability lets the user see a few seconds into the future (like Katakuri from One Piece). Unlike the sharingan's eye of hypnotism that can trick people into thinking the dojutsu user can see into the future, this one definitely can. How long the person can see into the future or past is past is up to how much chakra they use/channel. The user can use this ability to peer into the past of a person by focusing on them when looking into the past.

User gets the ability to form a room of sorts (like Law from One Piece), except in this room, the user will be the only person moving normally as everyone else is slowed down to the point of being seen as frozen in time. Only speedsters that can move faster than light will be moving normally in this time room and even then, they'll look like regular people jogging compared to what they would look like if the ability was not activated and since the user is not affected by the time room, the user can toy with whoever is unlucky enough to be in it. Consumes the most chakra out of all the abilities the user has.

The susanoo/chakra avatar of the user gets improved. The user can now create any chakra avatar weapons formed by their chakra (not just the limited choices they get in the 2nd form of their dojutsu. If they didn't have a katana before, they can create one now. They can also choose to create stuff they never had before like chains to hold down people, scythes, chakrams, etc. whatever comes to mind). The dojutsu user can also manipulate the size of their chakra avatar separate from themselves and form multiple chakra avatars as long as they have more than enough chakra to spend on doing it.

Their chakra avatar armor/susanoo armor is special. When touched by it or touching it, if your not the user of the dojutsu them-self, then you'll freeze in time for a certain period of it. If hit by the weapons made by the user with the third form of their dojutsu active, then you won't only be physically hurt but also you'll also have your frozen (pretty OP).
