Syr/Freya is very perceptive when it comes to lust and love.

She immediately notice Tessa's state having a slight idea of what's running through her mind.

Smirking she patted Tessa on the shoulder.

"He must be busy with something. Surely he wouldn't abandon a cute elf like you, would he…"

"N-no sir Kai is not like that he even fought a hoard of hob goblins and goblin shaman risking his life just to save me."

Tessa blurted out of the blue.

Ryuu, Chloe, Syr and mama Mia's ears perk up hearing Tessa's claim.

"Didn't you guys just arrived here in Orario? Which Familia did you belong to?"

This time it was Chloe who questioned.

"Familia? We haven't joined a Familia yet and we have yet to receive a blessing from a god."

Tessa replied as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

This time Ryuu, Chloe, Syr and mama Mia's expression changed.

Goblin shaman, hob goblins and a hoard at that.

These are monsters a normal person couldn't hope to face and Tessa is saying that Kai hunted such monsters while also protecting her.

At first they thought Tessa was just boasting about Kai's achievements but seeing the proud and genuine look on her face made them think twice.

Hob goblin is considered to be a level 2-3 monster in the middle floors and lower.

While a goblin shaman is a unique monster at level 1 in physics but has the magic power equivalent to a level 3-4 mage adventurer.

Moreover, the goblin shaman's hex and curses is troublesome it can even gave a level 5-6 adventurers some problems.

Tessa claiming that Kai while being a normal person is able to hunt a group of level 2-3 monster and a possible level 4 isn't so normal.

"A genius, no! he's an anomaly." – Mia Grand whispered.

She then look at Syr with a worried expression and seeing the bright smile on Syr/Freya's expression made mama Mia face palmed.

On the other hand, Ryuu and Chloe expressions are that of utter shock, they have the most natural expression.

They have already suspected that Kai isn't normal person but not to this extent.

Kai clearly a teenager reaching adulthood radiated a youthful vigor. – Chloe's perspective.

He also emanates the aura of someone who has experienced the same hardship as them.

This is one of the qualities they noticed and like about Kai.

They even mistake Kai as a high level adventurer, never did they thought that he's still a Familia less normal person.

But calling him a normal person is not right calling him an anomaly is more appropriate if what Tessa had said about him is true.

While they've just meet Tessa a few hours ago, she's like a open book without a cover, they can certainly tell that she is not lying or hiding behind a mask.

Intuition is one of them most honed and trained quality of a adventurer, moreover for high level experience one's and they can tell that Tessa is a simple minded cheerful person, a bit naïve and airheaded.

The only one who has a problem with her is Ryuu.

"I left my hometown because my father wanted me to be a concubine of some arrogant high elf in the capital.

They treated me as nothing but a commodity that should be made use of, so I left the protection of the village ignoring my parents selfish motives.

I was trained by a female adventurer that had returned to the forest.

So I have a bit of confidence in myself in the way of combat and adventuring.

I left aiming to follow the path my teacher took becoming an adventurer of Orario myself.

But I lost my way and before I knew it I ended up in the city of Melistora on the northern side of the continent.

I stayed in the city of Melistora to earn some money by selling elven products from the village that I brought with me so I can buy information.

Leaving the protection of the city walls I encountered a goblin, I thought it was only a single goblin because the guild branch there specifically mentioned that there were only a few low level monsters in the vicinity but never did I think that I got scammed.

The moment I tried to engage the supposed single goblin there I realized that there are more than a dozen goblins present.

It was too late to escape they've already notice me and I was surrounded in no time.

I don't want to be molested by such vile creatures so I fought back will all my might knowing that my end is inevitable unless a miracle happened.

I am about to lose all hope when out of the blue sir Kai appeared like a hero saving a damsel in distress.

Just like in the stories I've read when I'm still a child.

The only difference is that instead of a valiant hero wearing cool gear, the handsome hero that came to my rescue is a naked guy."

Tessa stopped in her tracks…

Ryuu, Syr, Chloe, mama Mia, listening together with the newly arrive Lunoire and Anya froze after Tessa's narration stop.

They all look at Tessa in the eyes.

She realized her mistake but it was too late.

She fake a cough to salvage the situation copying Ryuu's way of fake coughing.

Noticing this Ryuu raise an eyebrow but let her be, her face is a bit red the same goes for the other girls except mama Mia who didn't care and Loraine and Anya who didn't saw Kai.

Syr/Freya, Ryuu and Chloe saw how good looking Kai was so they couldn't help themselves and subconsciously imagine him appearing out of nowhere fully naked and they all gulped.

Syr/Freya saw him when the two first entered the city using a magic item./

"Sir Kai rescued me, slaughtering all the goblins and hobgoblin as if cutting weeds, it only took him 3 minutes to dispose of a dozen normal goblins and hob goblins."

Tessa decided to continue to divert their attention.

"Didn't you say there's a goblin shaman?" – Mama Mia questioned.

Tessa nodded.

"Yes there's a goblin shaman but that ugly creature only appeared after sir Kai ended the first monster party.

The goblin shaman is part of the second monster party and it was sly."

"So you two encounter two monster parties on the surface, just how bad is your luck?" – Loraine asked.

Tessa paused for a moment recalling all the misfortune events she had found herself into.

"Just like you've said my luck really is worrisome."

"Just continue, nya." – Anya urged with a bright smile.

She love such heroic stories and Tessa's narration of how her and Kai meet is just like one of such stories.

"The two parties had the same number of monsters but the strength of the second wave is relatively higher compared to the first one.

The second wave is composed of mostly high level hob goblins and the goblin shaman.

As for the small ones even those normal goblins are comparable to the hob goblins of the first wave.

I have a hard time fighting just two normal goblins but sir Kai faced off an entire party of such a monster with coordinated movements."

Excitement rile up Tessa in narrating wanting to share more of Kai's feats to the others.

So she subconsciously raise her hand and a green screen appeared out of thin air and like a realistic HD film 🎥 it showed in the screen a naked Kai facing off a coordinated group of goblins.

Syr/Freya, Mama Mia, Chloe, Ryuu, Anya, and Loraine saw how Kai easily took control of the situation, fighting off a group of monsters far stronger than him with ease.

His highly refined, majestic and beautiful swordsmanship and movement techniques.

His strange usage of magic that didn't required a chant.

Sharp sense and great reaction speed comparable to first class adventurers.

Brilliant decision making and unpredictable actions that caught the goblin commander off guard.

Sly control of the battlefield making use of the enemies, numbers, arrogance and nature to his advantage.

And lastly that overpowering magic that decimated the goblin shaman and the entire land into nothingness.

"I'm going to the bathroom." – Syr Said.

Mama Mia has a complicated expression looking at Syr/Freya's back.

The other did not mind her sudden departure.

Kai is like an incarnation of a god of war, death and beauty.

The mere thought of this made Syr/Freya begin shivering uncontrollably where she immediately left for the outside as a leakage escaped her.

She did not want to charm the people in the pub because that would ruin her long years of hard work.

Her mere scent is enough to completely subdue everyone so she exits the place begrudgingly trying to calm her flaring up emotions.

Surprisingly instead of being consumed by her divinity like what she expected Freya found that her lust did not affect anyone.

There are animals like rats and cockroaches in the place and her divine aura already leaked out.

Yet for some reason the animals present in the scene did not seem to be affected.

Then an image of an otherworldly handsome yet beautiful boy that rivals gods and goddesses of beauty in terms of looks appeared in her mind.

Freya asked but no one could answer her.

Unbeknownst to the busy Kai, he had just helped a certain troublesome goddess in understanding her divinity on a deeper level, resulting in an increase of her efficiency and power.

On one of the tallest and most extravagant structures of Orario located in the red light district a certain dark brown skinned goddess of beauty felt all the hairs in her body stood up indicating a bad premonition.

She suspected the cause as her eyes quickly moved to the highest floor of the babel tower.

"That bitch Freya must be plotting something against me." – Ishtar is another goddess of beauty thought.

The strings of Karma works its way guiding the fate of many known and unknown individuals to an unknown destiny ahead of them filled with both fortune and misfortune.

The mere entrance of three individuals had brought upon predictable consequences affecting not just the whole of the city of Orario but that of the entire world and the worlds beyond.
