Bell and Hestia | Explosion

On one of the open streets of Orario a good-looking red eye young white haired boy was pushed aside.

He let out a small growl of pain.

He dropped to the road pavement, a bearded dwarf looking down on him a disgusted expression on his face.

"Go somewhere else kiddo. We don't need a scrawny useless brat like you."

The rude dwarf motioned for him to leave.

Spitting on the ground then slamming the door shut leaving the kid behind.

He didn't even let the boy talk.

The boy scratches his pained butt.

"That's the tenth rejection I have this day."

He whispered, looking up above the now grey sky.

He did not curse or get angry even after getting hurt.

He is a naïve and kind boy to the bone marrow.

"It's going to rain. I need to go back to the tavern."

He tried to stand up only to slip back down to the ground.

His legs felt wobbly.

He scratched the back of his head looking back at the door of the Familia that rejected him.

'Just like they said I'm really scrawny and useless.' – He thought with weary smile.

Shaking his head.

'I can't give up now. How am I supposed to become a hero if I give up just from a small setback.'

He clenched his fist and with his new found conviction Bell's spirit stir up which was reflected to his soul.

"Are you ok?"

At this time to his right a melodious and gentle voice sounded.

He raises his head only to see a beautiful short petite girl extending a hand to him.

"Um, I am ok, thank you for your concern…" – He thanked the girl.

"No problem, my name is Hestia, a goddess."

She introduced herself with a bright and gentle smile extending her hand to the boy.

"K-kami-sama…?" – Bell muttered, surprised.

"You don't need to be so nervous. You must be new in Orario? Right!"

"Y-yes-yes, kami-sama." – He nodded obediently like a chicken.

"Just like I said to you earlier you don't need to be nervous."

She reassured him with a weary smile.

"Ah, yes, I'm sorry. Its just that, it's my first time seeing a goddess in the flesh."

She has blue eyes and mid-thigh length black hair tied into twin-tails which reach down to her mid-thighs.

"Can I have your name?" – Hestia asked.

"A-ah, right, I'm sorry kami-sama, my name is Bell Cranel."

She nodded.

"Bell, what a beautiful name. So, Bell I heard you're searching for a Familia to join. How about becoming my child."

Bell's ears perked hearing Hestia's proposal.

"Is it really alright. I'm scrawny and weak they say."

"Shhh… I don't need you to be strong. To be honest, you see I just descended down to Genkai six months ago and I don't have a established Familia."

"Kami-sama, are you really ok with me?" – Bell asked, the anticipation can be seen in his eyes.

"You, are you ok with me? A Familia less goddess, will be starting from scratch you know. You're going to be my first child."

She asked him.

She knew how hard it was to start a Familia from scratch.

While she want to have her own Familia right now she didn't want to place a heavy burden on her possible children.

But unlike what she expected.

Bell didn't deny her offer.

Unbeknownst to her just like her who has been desperately searching for possible children all this time, Bell is also searching for possible Familia to join.

It was as if fate had brought the two of them.

"Thank you goddess…"

Bell jovially smiled thanking her as he then unconsciously hugged Hestia.

Not expecting Bell's bold action she was stunned.

She let her guard down.

She already knew Bell's nature and character through the use of her eyes, a divine trait similar to Freya's natural charm.

So she wasn't on guard to him.

Realizing his mistake Bell tried to let go of her but before he could do so Hestia embraced him back even tighter.

Her enormous breast swallowed Bell's head whole.

"U-um, K-kami-sama…"

He was suffocating.

Bell's face turned beet red.

Directly feeling the tenderness and squishiness of Hestia's enormous breasts made him embarrassed.

She began stroking Bell's white hair trying to divert his attention before letting him go so he could breath again.

She extended her hand and once again helped him get up.

'Uhhg… He's heavy.' – Hestia mused as she pull up Bell's weight.

"So how about making things official." – Hestia suggested.

Bell nodded, his face still a beet red due to embarrassment.

She grinned.

"Follow me, I will be giving you my blessing!"

She held his hands tighter dragging him to the book store not too far from their spot.

However, just when they reached the book store…

Boom!

A loud explosion sounded followed by a strong shockwave that spread throughout the vicinity.

Strangely enough there was no massive explosion or fire.

It was as if the energies in the surroundings quake.

The only indication that the sound of explosion isn't an illusion was the smoke coming from the distance.

"What's going on?" – Hestia questioned.

It was coming from the second floor of the hostess of fertility.

After he was done with his energy circuits Kai moved to construct an artificially made energy heart/energy core.

A energy heart/energy core is something not too dissimilar to a monster's gem.

It's purpose is to provide energy to the owner but to mages and other professions that make used of such energies a energy heart/energy core is considered to be their life line.

Unlike the world of Danmachi where mana and other natural energies are abundant everywhere back on Earth such natural energies are abysmally low.

Mages, Wizards, Magus, Sorcerers, Witches and other professions that delve deep in the study of conceptual phenomenal mysteries required natural energies to grow.

An artificially made energy heart/energy core is constructed by converting natural essence into usable energy, then concentrating it to the point that it turned solid lastly is to fully integrate it to one's body.

A lost of a energy heart/energy core back on Earth is a lost of one's life, similar to how monsters in the dungeon died in an instant the moment their cores are destroyed.

But for Kai an energy heart/energy core is nothing but an extra power to boost his already established power.

Even back on Earth Kai is an irregular and such alias of his can still be applied to him here in Danmachi.

He focused.

A torrent of energies coming from all around the city rushed to the room where Kai was at in instant as if a powerful magnetic force had attracted the energies.

Kai sat cross-legged using his skill [Pioneer Sage] and entered the state of enlightenment.

He is a irregular that doesn't need the blessing of a god to make use of his skills.

His skill is treated as an innate skill something born to him.

So even though he has yet to receive the blessing of a god he can do feats that should only be possible with the existence of Falna.

Just like what he did with his energy circuits Kai is also planning to create a unique and never seen before energy heart/energy core.
