Khloe's POV
Stunned, I held my breath but I didn't push him away. Leaning even more close, our chest was touching but yet, he still couldn't get enough of me.
"I'm sorry." He muttered, pulling away only for a second before he crashed his lips against mine again.
This time around, I returned his kiss, reminiscing about the good times we had shared in the past only for my buzzing phone to interrupt this moment.
The moment I saw Nevian's name dancing on my screen, my heart skipped a beat as I began to alternate my gaze from my phone to Lance who was staring.
This was the first time I had found myself in a situation like this and so I didn't know how to react to it.
"Nevain?" He asked, causing me to gulp.
Before I could say a word to him, he snatched the phone from me and then hung up. It wasn't up to a minute after, when the phone began to buzz again.
