Khloe's POV
And once again, I couldn't help but to regret getting involved with Nevian.
Adele's eyes back there reflected nothing but pure hatred and if she was given the chance, she wouldn't think twice before killing me.
It was at this point that I remembered her heels that were a few inches from my eyes and immediately, I let out a loud howl.
"Are you alright?" Nevian asked as he rejoined me on the balcony.
Passing the cup of cocoa I had requested earlier to me, he plopped on the chair next to me, his gaze not leaving me even for a second.
"Are you really going to report this to the police?" I asked, blowing the steam off the liquid which I held.
"Yeah! That lunatic needs to be taught a lesson otherwise she will repeat it." He sucked his teeth, clenching his fists by his side.
At the moment, my mind was in a complete disarray as I had two different thoughts on one subject matter.
