[A letter], Ling thought. What was happening in front of him was beginning to look interesting and he soon forgot about how his heart had been feeling some moments ago. He watched with his ears wide open.
Prince Seth's brows furrowed. "I was going to reply to her in my own time. Remind me why you are here again..."
"I am sorry, My Prince", the messenger had not been himself since he had arrived in the palace. He had arrived in the Red Kingdom since the day before but had been dragging his feet because it was not an easy task being in the presence of the prince with an eye like a dragon. The prince had an aura that usually told one to be careful with him. The messenger had thought about running to another kingdom- he had played with the idea of not completing the mission for his distress, but he knew how the diviner could search for anyone that double-crosses her.
