Delay Continued

Bedo still couldn't believe what his eyes had just witnessed. He felt like if it wasn't the queen, he would have done something hurtful to the person. What was he going to say now? What was he going to do?

Bedo felt like his head was going to explode. The King was waiting for feedback from him from the visitor that had come from the Princess of The Ziviel Kingdom, and now this?

Bedo knew that he was the one that was going to suffer the consequences of handing out a message that was meant for the king to another. But, it had the queen, how would he have refused her order? Maybe he should have just taken off when he heard the voice.

[Why did I stop?], Bedo thought.

His eyes began to get wet. He didn't know the particular emotion he felt. Was it anger? Was it fear? Was it confusion?

"Your Highness... that letter was meant for The King!", Bedo said as his head fell and his gaze landed on the floor in front of where he was kneeling.
