Just my stalker

They rushed upstairs, straight into the thick of it. There was smoke clouding the area, remnants of the fuses that rose from earlier explosions but had mostly been blown away from all the fighting. Song Hailun was elegant even as he battled with the itch of impatience. He donned a pair of golden gauntlets that Zhang Wang had not seen earlier, the knuckles dipped in blood. 

Yu Yanlin was already gone by then, his presence only marked by a trail of fallen demons that seemed to indicate his escape toward the exit. 

Zhang Wang briefly joined the fray while the ones he led were trying to convince their comrades to disengage. 

Song Hailun glared at the Immortal of a Thousand Blossoms between blows. His eyes were alight with fire, with impatience and anger. Do not get in the way, they seemed to warn. But Zhang Wang would not easily back down.

He reached forth, clasping tightly around Song Hailun's arm. "Let's get out of here! It'll be our only chance."
