Arguing
Sikong Ren and Chu Changying were arguing.
This wasn't a normal affair, for Chu Changying was generally eager to agree with the Master of the Stray's every whim without question.
But she used to be like that too with Zhang Wang back when they had a better relationship between the two of them to perhaps this was just a pattern of behavior exhibited from the young lady.
Whatever the reason, Zhang Wang was not keen on being involved.
They'd been on the road for a few days now and had thus far not encountered any problems with escaping from the Virtuous Phoenix Sect. While this had bore well for them, it didn't mean that they were out in the clear. At least, on this point specifically, they had all agreed upon. It wasn't a good idea to lower their guard, especially not against Sikong Yong who had obviously let them off easy with their escape.
