I rushed to the bathroom to see what that sound was, and to be honest, there was a part of me that did not want to be there. And the fear makes my heart pound inside my chest, making it hard for me to concentrate on anything else.
'Ethan, snap out!' I tried to force myself to get to the bathroom, but my legs felt numb, making me fall to the ground and not letting me walk further.
I shut my eyes, kneeling and trying to concentrate on just breathing, but it was not easy; I could feel losing consciousness.
'Peral needs you!' I heard the voice ringing inside my head, making me want to get up and go to her but I couldn't fight or get to Peral. I felt my eyes closing on their own accord making me feel helpless.

I jerked my eyes open, looked around, and noticed, that I was still in the room. I turned my head and saw Peral sleeping soundly beside me.
