A grand surprise for Zheng Donghai

It was a Sunday and also the day of for the workers at the Zheng Tianyi's mansion.

Zheng Tianyi and Yuxuan sat in the dining room enjoying dinner made by him. Zheng Tianyi noticed that Yuxuan didn't know how to use chopsticks so he began to feed him the pasta he made.

While they were eating , the familiar melodious sound of his ringtone sounded interrupting the quiet time of the father and son duo.

" What is it?" Zheng Tianyi asked with irritation evident in his voice.

" Sir, the CEO of ZG group is here. He requests your presence."

" Let him wait for a while" Zheng Tianyi replied and hung up. He couldn't help but wonder what his Uncle was doing at his place at such a late hour. Rather than hurrying up, he did everything at his own pace. He was sure his uncle won't mind staying outside for an hour.

Zheng Tianyi did the dishes, bathed and brushed for Yuxuan and also read him bedtime story. Only when Yuxuan fell asleep was he able to permit his uncle into his house.

" Uncle" Zheng Tianyi greeted as he opened the door.

" What? Aren't you going to invite me to come in?" Zheng Donghai asked with his lips raised up.

" Come in" He opened the door wider to make way for his uncle. " What are you doing here late in the night?"

" I haven't visited you for quite a long time and I happened to pass by so I decided to visit." Zheng Donghai explained looking around the living room. " Are you alone at home?"

" Uncle, have you forgotten I have always lived alone at home?" Zheng Tianyi closed the door and found Zheng Donghai walking around the living room till he entered the pace allocated for eating. . " Your house is quite dusty. I will tell Yi Fei to come and clean your house tomorrow "

Zheng Tianyi raised an eyebrow. " Uncle,there is no need for that. The workers would resume back tomorrow and get the house cleaned up" To tell the truth, Zheng Tianyi 's house was very clean and there was not even a spec of dirt anywhere." What would you like to drink, wine? beer? " He asked walking towards his Zheng Donghai.

" You don't need to give me anything. Come....come sit with me let us talk" Zheng Donghai sat down on one of the cream coloured cushion. Zheng Tianyi nodded and sat down on another cushion that was next to his uncle's.

" Look at how you are dressed at home " Zheng Donghai nagged trying to be the perfect uncle. Zheng Tianyi looked at his dressing and found nothing wrong with it. If not for the interruption of his uncle, he would have being in his study so wearing his pajamas is not a crime.

Zheng Donghai crossed his legs and rested his back on the soft cushion. " Fu Jing and Chen are no longer shareholders of ZG group. I find it quite odd. Who do you think was the one that bought the shares?"

' You sure took quite a long time to state your intention of visiting'

Zheng Tianyi's expression didn't change as he maintained the poker face he had been wearing. " Uncle, even you is unable to find out who it was. I think it is really odd" Zheng Tianyi said thoughtfully leaning his back. " How about I help you find out the person that got the shares"

Zheng Donghai looked at his nephew for a while. He was quite convinced it wasn't him. " Tianyi, you don't need to bother about such a trivial matter. I will handle it"

" I just thought of asking you since it was a matter that concerned ZG group. I thought it's best to inform you about it."

" I think it's more like you doubted me and asked to know if I was behind it." That was what Zheng Tianyi wanted to say but instead, he said, " I feel very assured to have you manage the company. I still have lot of things to learn from you."

" Tianyi..... you don't have to worry. ZG group would be yours. I'm just managing it for you. Caomei Entertainment is nothing similar to ZG group. " Zheng Donghai moved closer to where Zheng Tianyi was sitting and patted his shoulder. " Your father left the company to me before he died because you were too young and wanted you to gain some experience. It's a pity that my brother passed away very early without seeing you one last time." He said with reddened eyes.

' You would do very great in the entertainment industry you should try to sign a contract with my company. '

Zheng Tianyi looked at his uncle. " You were the one my father trusted most. It's only natural he left ZG group to you before he died."

" You are right. I won't be where I am now if not for elder brother. He helped me to discover my talent. "

Zheng Tianyi looked at his uncle acting and stifled a yawned covering his mouth with the back of his palm. He was already tired of playing along.

Zheng Donghai saw his nephew yawn and concluded that he was tired. He stood up and made for the door. " I am glad to see you are okay. It's getting late, you should get some rest. I will be heading back now. No need to see me off."

" Okay. Thanks for visiting uncle " Zheng Tianyi said as he stood up and closed the door. His eyes narrowed into slits as he stared dangerously at the door Zheng Donghai went out through. He needs to protect Jiang Xiuying properly and ensure his uncle doesn't find out the connection between them so he won't be doubted again. He was hoping to give Zheng Donghai a grand surprise that he would never forget in his life.

Zheng Tianyi suddenly couldn't wait for Jiang Xiuying to be back so that they could get married and the shares would belong to him in two years time.
