Amelia shook her head in surprise. "I'm so sorry about your mother," her mouth parted and closed as she searched for the right word to say.
Cullen smiled. "It's all in the past," he ran his thumb across her lips. "Now my heart is open for you."
Amelia blushed. She tinned her lips and shut her eyes for a split second. Parting them, she said. "If we do this, you need to open up to me. No more secrets, and we have to have to discuss a particular thing before you make decisions,"
Cullen brushed his tongue over his lower lip. "Noted and accepted."
Amelia smiled and ruffled his hair. Cullen sank into her warmth and leaned on her. Amelia laid back on the headboard, allowing him to rest his head on her chest.
Something ran across Cullen's mind. He traced her ribcage to her stomach and asked. "If we have a child, are you going to choose the baby over me?"
