294 Marriage Vows

Unsure if she was imagining things or not but Xiu Mei felt like almost every people's eyes were on her today. 

When Xiu Mei dropped by briefly on a different floor, she could sense some of her colleagues trying to sneak a peek at her before immediately looking away as if afraid they were gonna get caught by her. 

...Damn that person who leaked that it was her inside the car. 

She felt annoyed by the attention but well, it comes with her identity so she couldn't do anything about it. 

By lunchtime, the reporters were still camping out by the company's door. Since they can't seem to find any shadows of her, they resorted to interviewing the employees entering and exiting the company. 

She thought that it's not appropriate and the employees are clearly uncomfortable with their sudden onslaught of questions so she instructed the Legal and PR team to handle the situation outside. An hour later, the crowd dispersed.
