A Lead

Lu Chen who was unaware that his wife received some other man's gift was busy with some other stuff. 

"We found a lead. My men already confirmed that Xiu Mei's recent kidnapping is somehow related to the Ying family." Xiu Mo Ruo started. 

Lu Chen frowned as he delved into it further. 

"Somehow?"

"The person is within the Ying family, but he's not a member of the Ying family."

"So they work for the Ying family."

"Yeah, but what's weird is that this person has some significant position within the Ying family but that person shouldn't have something to do with Xiu Mei."

"Won't it be because of the order of the head of the Ying family?"

"I doubt it. They have ten years to try to move Xiu Mei but they didn't try anything. What makes them decide to start doing these things now?"

"Then something must've changed within the Ying family."
