The black Audi ran on the asphalt road quickly and steadily, and arrived at the County's Hospital in ten minutes.
"What are we doing here?" As soon as she got off the car, she saw a group of doctors in white coats. Hannah didn't understand why Ava brought her here.
"Please, follow me..." Ava said. It was better to see it with your own eyes than to talk about it.
In the hematology ward, the nurse coaxed Martin to take medicine, "Young man, only by taking the medicine can you get better quickly."
"I don't want it...too bitter." Martin retorted. He was afraid of taking medicine every day. The repeated blood transfusions and medications made him feel psychologically averse.
Hannah stood at the glass window outside the door and saw Martin wearing a white and blue striped hospital gown. She covered her mouth in shock, unable to speak. Why is he wearing a hospital gown? "Ava...what's wrong with your brother?"
