Chapter Four- Weird
I don't know why but I feel like I'm energized today. I hate mondays actually, but this day is different.
"Oh?! Ang aga mo ata ngayon hyung?" he asked surprisingly.
"May flag ceremony ngayon tanga!!" sagot ko.
"Naninibago ako ngayon sayo hyung," he said tilting his head to the other side and looking at me with his hands on his waist.
"Wae?" I asked him 'why'.
"First of all, ang aga mo gumising. Second of all, sumagot ka sa'kin kanina. Third of all, a-attend ka sa flag ceremony e, dati nga meron ka pang motto di ba..." mahabang paliwanag niya.
"Mwol?" I asked him what's my motto, he cleared his throat and said...
"I HATE MONDAYS!!!" he said mimicking my voice.
Hindi naman nawala sa isip ko 'yang motto ko na 'yan pero...pero AISH!! basta!!
"Tss."
Tuluyan ko na siyang tinalikuran para pumunta sa dining area.

Nakaramdam na ba kayo ng ilang? Oo. Ako kasi nararamdaman ko 'yun ngayon.
Sila Mom, Dad at Hero pati yung ibang taga-pag silbi namin ay nakatitig sa'kin habang nakain ako.
"Waeyo?" I asked.
"Woah. Ikaw ba talaga yan hyung?" Hero said still looking at me.
"The hell?!" I said 'cause I'm fvcking irritated. UGH!!!
"Yeah, Kairo, you're so...uhm...not you?" Mom said, I don't know if she's asking or what?
"I'm still me! What the hell are y'all saying?!" I'm so freaking irritated, you know?!
"Son, you are eating bacon, which isn't you." Dad said. Am I??
Tinignan ko 'yung plato ko, it has a rice and one bacon?! I fvcking hate bacon!! isa lang naman e, is that a problem?
"Psh, isa lang naman e," I said.
"Hyung, you've already eaten ten pieces of bacon, and you're saying 'isa lang naman'?" gulat na sabi niya pati rin naman ako nagulat.
TEN?!!
"Are you really alright Son?" nag-aalalang tanong sa'kin ni Dad.
I think I'm not...
"Y-yeah. I'm going. Bye!" I said and left the house.
Shit. What's happening to me?! but whatever happening to me now I should say that...it's really weird.

Hero tell the others right away how weird I am, I mean 'others' like Caleb and Dhion.
"He just ate a fvcking ten bacons!! hahaha!" Hero.
"Hindi nga?!" Caleb.
"..." Dhion.
"*sigh*" Me.
"Tapos eto pa...nag-paalam siya kila Mom at Dad kanina sa bahay. Pfft." Hero.
"WeEiiIRrrddD~" Caleb.
"..." Dhion.
"*eats*" Me. May napapansin ako...
"Antahimik ata ngayon ni Mr. Choi?" Caleb said. Yeah right, of course hindi lang ako ang nakapansin.
"Yah!" sabi naman ni Hero sabay yugyog kay Dhion.
"H-ha?!" gulat na tanong ni Dhion, parang wala rin siya sa sarili niya?
"HAKDOG!!" Caleb and Hero said. Tss. Crazy!!
"Is there a problem?" I ask him out of curiousity.
"See!! He's really weird!" Hero said pointing at me, and then they laugh.
"Mr. Dhion Choi, the supreme school government president. Is there a problem?" I asked him again.
"A-ah, wala naman." he answered.
"Tss. Maniwala sa hindi, may problema 'yan, right Cal?" Hero said.
"Yeah Bruh." Caleb said.
"Spit it now Dhion!" utos ko.
"Do you know the girl named..." Dhion.
"Named?" Caleb.
"Madami kaming kakilalang babae sino ba 'yan?" Hero. Basta babae talaga.
Mukhang wala akong mapapala sa—
"Kharin Aguirre."

It echoed at my whole system...he knows her?
"Uhh, Cal may kakilala ka bang Kharin?" Hero asked Caleb.
"Nah. Is she a total babe?" Caleb answered.
"No, actually she is a...nerd?" Dhion said.
"HAHAHA." Caleb and Hero laughed.
"What about her?" I asked. They all stop for a moment.
"Oo nga Mr. Choi, what about her?" pag-uulit ni Caleb.
"Nothing." Dhion.
"Do you like her?" biglang tanong ni Hero, natigilan ako samantalang si Dhion nabulunan pa, nainom kasi siya nang sinabi yun ni Hero.
"What the Hell-Ro!" natatawang ani ni Caleb.
"Hell-Ro amp?! Ano 'yun? Collaboration namin ng impyerno? Gago ka ah?!" giit ni Hero sakanya, and they run away like a five year old kids.
"Anong meron dun sa babaeng 'yun?" kating-kati na ako malaman!
"Don't judge me okay?" he said.
"Mm."
"Of all the nerds I know...I—I saw her different? I don't know how but she is really different."
I thought I'm the only one seeing that...
"So what? Ano naman ngayon sayo kung kakaiba siya?" right...act like you didn't know at all Kairo, that's right Kairo.
"I found her very...interesting." his face lit up.
Me too...
"I also found her really cool..."
Yeah right...
"She's pretty on the other way around...lalo na pag naka-ngiti siya."
Super...
"I think, I'm liking her?"
Fvck.
"You like her...the nerd you mean?" I asked him, not because I don't believe, I just don't want to believe him. Please say no...
"Yes. I like her." he said and then he smile, not a fake one but a real one. I guess he is really...happy?
"Why are you smiling like that?"
"I'm just...just relieved? Yeah, I'm relieved that I have said my feelings to someone, that I'm not the only one knowing my real feelings...I guess." he said.
Parang nawalan ako ng gana, ng sigla, ng enerhiya. Why am I feeling this? I don't know. I can't breath...
And all of a sudden the bell rang...thanks for saving me.
"I gotta go, thanks again for listening Kairo." he said and walk away.
Bakit ko pa ba kasi tinanong?! Na-curious kasi ako...tama.
Now, I am really believe that curiousity can kill you, and now it's already stabbing me, silently but deadly. UGH!!
Why am I feeling this way?? It's kinda weird...no it's really WEIRD.
