Raiden was full of worries when he drove back to his residence; he felt dumb for leaving Kerstein. He drove full speed; in a while, he was already at his residence. No one approached and greeted him as if the house was full of sleep; a few lights brightened the corners; he climbed up the stair and went to his chamber.

There laid his sleeping beauty; he sat at the stool near the table and tucked Kerstein's hair away from her face, revealing a creamy shade of skin. He was mesmerized by the Damsel's beauty; he brushed her hair gently while his other hand held her hands. The IV drops were no longer connected; he assumed it to be a good sign that Kerstein will be well.

A light grip made him shake with a smile; the Maiden was slightly holding his hand, he caressed her face. "Are you awake, Kerstein?" Raiden asked, still with worry. Kerstein just groaned in reply; a sly smile crept into Raiden's lips. "Kerstein?"
