"Then how about the pet creation system?" asked Dean.

'This is basic knowledge, so should know that in order for you to get a pet, you need the friendship crystal. Friendship crystal is expensive due to its rarity and most of friendship crystal that can be found on the market is the lowest grade. Only able to tame the normal grade monster. With the pet creation system, you can create your own pet without the friendship crystal and the pet can also grow stronger and increase their grade' said Sys.

"Whoa~ that will be super helpful to me… and what is the limitations? There must be one or two, right?" asked Dean. For something that good, there must be some limits to it.

'Sorry, I forgot to mention that you can only create your pet at normal grade and then you can raise your pets to become stronger by letting them consume monster soul. The amount of soul they need to consume is the same as the amount you need to absorb the data' said Sys.

"So, my pet will need 100 normal grade monster soul to advance to elite grade?" asked Dean. That will be really hard to achieve.

'It will not be hard for you Dean. You can collect 100 soul in one day. Ah, something else I forgot to tell you. Your slime cannot be stronger than you. It can only be at the same level as you' said Sys.

"Oo, okay," Dean took a deep breath and he checked the creation system. Although he planned to hunt other kind of monster before, he failed to do that because all the people that flocked the prairie not only hunting slime but also hunted other monsters. So, he did not get any chance to hunt other types of monsters.

The item he registered were put in the add-on list. He only had the different color slime pillow, rabbit pelt and different color butterfly hair clip. Dean held his forehead and realized he did not have much that he can used to mutate his slime. Dean closed his eyes to think of something and remembered something he had planned before.

Dean opened the customization feature and chose the elite grade blue slime core to customize.

'Dean, you don't want to mutate your slime?' asked Sys.

"You can read my mind, right? So, you should know what I want to do. I actually forgot that there is one more slime that I want to create using the customization feature. I should make that first before I use the mutations feature" said Dean. Dean suddenly thought of something.

"Sys, what will happen to all the others with slime compatibility if I start creating elite grade slime? They won't be able to advance to elite grade because there are only 10 normal grade slime and that won't be enough to provide them with data to advance," said Dean.

'You don't need to worry about that. Whenever you create monsters of higher grade, the system will automatically create the same monsters with lower grades. For example, the slime that you want to create right now will be elite grade because you use the elite grade core. After you create the monster, the system will automatically create the normal grade too and when you go hunting it in the wild tomorrow, you will be able to find both grade at the same time' explained Sys.

"Okay, that is good then," Dean felt relief with that. Now everyone with slime compatibility will be able to advance too. Dean focused back on his system. Dean actually wanted to create a slime of different size. He had been thinking of doing that since the beginning after he finished his color variations slime.

Dean chose the elite grade blue slime core. Dean never killed any elite grade blue slime so he should not have any of its core however, when he upgraded the core and soul, the system automatically recorded the upgraded core and soul. So, Dean did not have to go hunting the elite grade slime to registered the core and soul.

Slime had sphere shape with diameter about 20 cm. Due to their soft body composition, they looked like they had oval shape when on ground. Dean customize the slime to be three times bigger than original. This new slime now had the diameter of 60 cm.

The system showed Dean what it looked like and its stats.

Dean looked at his new creation and he was satisfied with it. "I will name you Kilo Slime," said Dean and he finished his creation. The Kilo Slime was just the oversized version of blue slime

'New slime species created. Kilo Slime created' the system notified Dean.

"My new creation is not bad, right Sys? It even has 2 skills," said Dean. "But this will be really hard to defeat. I don't even have any skill."

'You don't need to worry about that. Your normal grade kilo slime learn bounce. It does not have heavy tackle but bounce is good enough too' said Sys.

"Really? Then, I can finally learn a skill," said Dean excited. With skill, Dean can finally fight monster stronger than him. "Now, it is time for me to use the mutation feature." Dean chose the mutation feature and a screen with core slot and add-on slot appeared.

'At your current strength, you can only add one item to your monster. When you advance further, you can add more' said Sys. Dean nodded. Dean did not have much choices of item add-on. Dean used the elite grade red slime core and put it in the core slot. He chose blue pillow and put it in the add-on slot.

After he finished his chosen, Dean asked Sys to show him what the slime looked like. When Dean looked at his new slime, his mouth wide opened.

"Sys? Is this what the slime looks like with pillow add-on? This does not look like mutation to me," said Dean.

'… well~ this can still be considering as mutation. Look at the new slime stats, it is different than before so that means it mutate,' said Sys. Dean looked at the image of the new slime and he kind of speechless at how the slime looked like.

Since Dean used the red slime core, the slime was the red slime. It looked totally the same as the red slime. The only difference was that the red slime carried a blue pillow at its back. That was the reason why Dean was speechless. He thought the slime will take different shape but it only carried the pillow on its back.

"Well~ I am a bit disappointed at this but it is kind of cute. This new slime looks like a hardworking red slime," said Dean. Dean checked the new slime stats.

When Dean looked at the skills, he was extremely happy.

"A passive skill. That will be totally useful," said Dean. To Dean, passive skill was the best. He never thought he will get a passive skill this early. "Lucky~"

'Are you going to create this?' asked Sys.

"Obviously! Once I learn bounce, I will hunt this slime first and get water absorb. Water absorb and heavy tackle combo will be really powerful," Dean was extremely excited with this new development.

'So? What will the name be?' asked Sys.

"I will name this slime, the Pillow Slime… I can't think of a better name," said Dean.

'Pillow slime is not a bad name to me' said Sys. Sys processed the creation and the system notified Dean.

'New slime species created. Pillow slime created'

"Next creation. Hmm~ elite grade pink slime core with yellow butterfly hairclip," Dean made his choices. Sys showed Dean what the new slime looked like and Dean was utterly disappointed with how it looked.

It was a pink slime with a small yellow butterfly hairclip on its head. Dean decided to look at the stats. He thought maybe the appearance was disappointing but it might have some good skills.

Dean was totally disappointed with this creation. Dean cancelled the creation. He took another deep breath. He had one more item add-on, the rabbit pelt. Dean chose the elite grade white slime core and rabbit pelt as its add-on.

Sys showed Dean its appearance and Dean was shocked.
