During the event of the last chapter.

*Inside the Lamborn Academy secret place*

During the day the SJC people educate students but once midnight comes they are doing security surveillance of the whole town. Inspecting town people reports for suspicious people. Even the school director is helping the organization with valuable information that might help from the investigation.

while Damos was reading all the reports on his desk, the Magic circle beside him started emitting flickering light.

"Activate"

A voice starts coming out of the magic circle.

"How's your inspection"

"Nothing much, I don't see any suspicious illegal businesses around. thank you for letting us stay in the school, Director"

"It is a thing I can do for help, besides you are teaching my students," said the School Director

"There is a problem though"

"I found intel from a warehouse in the neighboring town, the person behind the report stated that she has been hearing breaking sounds every other night starting from 3 AM," said the school director

"It can't be, you mean Thyborn?"

Yes

"No way, that's a half of a day trip using flight magic, Thyborn is a countryside town of Magiriw City. our headquarters already dispatched SJC members to guard that place"

"I don't know any more detail, but if the town is supposed to be guarded. Does that mean something bad already happened"

Meanwhile right next to Thyborn Town.

Inside the forest, there is a hidden warehouse not that far away from the town. A guy was outside the door sitting on a rocking chair.

he takes a deep breath.

"This world sure is refreshing, an untainted world" he talks to himself

"I feel bad, why would they corrupt this world"

*Cellphone is ringing*

he took the phone out of his pocket, you can barely see his arm it has so many tattoos.

"What is it my children, Jesus is listening"

"Boss, the infiltration is successful. All the SJC members are dead, and we have taken all of their magic circles" Said the person on the phone.

He smiles.

"Good job, share your blessings"

HAHAHAHA!!!

He hangs the phone and talks to himself.

"When this is over I will take all of your magic circles, Lamborn"

Next week on Monday class.

All students of Lamborn Academy sorry to inform you that there will be a suspension of class this whole week. I hope you understand our issue, and the school would suggest not walking outside too much because of the abnormal weather. The school department hopes you are all having the blast of your life. said the school director, is written in the tarpaulin sticking outside the school gate.

Luccione and Roxanne read this and were wondering what will happen to the activity.

They walk back home.

"The school suddenly announcing something like that, that's the first," Roxanne said

"Is the weather really that bad, I have never experienced very bad weather in this world for a long time" said Luccione

"Don't you get it, the school is hiding something from us. did you see the Supreme Justice Corporation surrounding the town?" said Roxanne, she is smart to think that something is suspicious from the SJC.

"I mean they are Police, I know that much."

Immediately, Luccione thinks something else.

"Wait a minute, the SJC has no reason to teach us not unless they have a motive for doing it," said Luccione

"Now you get it, that's what I'm talking about. The city police have no reason to teach us. the whole teaching collaboration was just a diversion" said Roxanne

As they walk sudden wind blows in the opposite of their direction.

Luccione was getting worried and told Roxanne to let the SJC handle it, not to pry with the SJC's work.

Roxanne said she is not trying to mess up their work, but if they decided to do a 1 week's suspension. then all she can do is prepare for the worse.

Luccione was bothered, he suggest following Roxanne to her home before going to his home. that way he can make sure she is safe.

"You don't have to go that far, my house is just 2 blocks away from your house," said Roxanne

"That's the thing, I can just take you there," said Luccione

"Ehh... Lucc you were never the type to care like this before, are you perhaps a ladies' man back in your previous life" Roxanne making fun of him."

"Don't expect that much, I never even had a chance to-"

Luccione cover his mouth, he was about to let out his darkest secret. But Roxanne already had an idea of what he was about to say.

"Wait, seriously? Are your about to say you didn't do it right?" Roxanne was shocked she did not expect Luccione's previous life was still a virgin.

F*ck now she knows I died a virgin and she might cut ties with me.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said you were a ladies' man. to think you died as a child. I'm really sorry."

Roxanne keeps apologizing for the teasing she did without knowing it isn't even the case.

"It's fine, I don't wanna talk about it," said Luccione but deep down he is relieved that Roxanne didn't know the truth.

But the misunderstanding is even more insulting, not gonna lie.

after that time, Luccione did follow Roxanne to her house.

She runs to the gate of her home and opens it. she then turns around to face him.

"Okay, I'll stop here. Are you sure you can safely make it home? Just remember that whatever occurs, it is your fault, okay?" said Roxanne but deep down she is concerned.

"You said it before didn't you? we are only 2 blocks apart," said Luccione he then turn around and walk back home.

"Such a worrywart, that guy" is what inside Roxanne's mind

After Luccione went far distant to Roxanne's house, he looks at that one house that has an open gate and door inside. there seems to be no person inside. Luccione is already suspicious and just ran back home.

He did not know that someone besides the attic window was looking at him as he ran away.

Luccione got to his house safely, as Giovanni was eating his favorite birdseed inside his open cage. Lucione asks if Giovanni has seen some suspicious guy nearby.

"I don't know, everything seems fine to me,"

When Luccione was about to go back inside, Giovanni complain that when Luccione fed him, only 1 cup of bird seeds is placed in his bowl, while his father gives Giovanni 2-3 cups of birdseed.

"Where's the love, dude?"

"I thought we are partners"

As a former chicken breeder, Luccione is used to giving just enough rice to satisfy his chicken's nutrition and if lucky enough 1 redworm is enough for a day.

"Come on, you do know I am a chicken breeder right?"

after a short talk, Luccione went inside the house.

"I'm home"

My mom was using the broom and dustpan as she clean the living room.

"Lucc, before you dress up can you throw the garbage bag first," said Leonor

Though Luccione had just entered, he told his mother that he will get dressed up first before throwing the trash.

After a brief pause, Luccione descends the stairs and immediately moves to the location of the garbage bag. He then makes his way outside to place it in the garbage bin. But something is strange about the environment.

Luccione cannot hear the sound of the wind blowing and cannot feel it going through his body. He had the impression that he was alone in a room with no background noise. Instead of returning inside after dumping the garbage, he tried to venture into the middle of a quiet street.

As soon as he step onto the roadway, he was abruptly carried away by a powerful wind. tripping him as he flew away from the house.

"Mom!"

"Dad!"

"Giovanni!"

When he was being carried away by the wind, Luccione tried to scream for help, but his voice was muffled by the powerful wind. He was dragged across the same street that he had previously crossed, and he entered the same house he saw when he ran back home.

Wait, I know this house.

The wind threw him inside the house, after that the wind shut the door.

When Leonor looked outside the house to make a request, Luccione was nowhere to be found. But she had an uneasy feeling, the atmosphere had been quiet only a moment earlier, but now it seemed as though things had returned to normal.

.....

Luccione attempted to open the door, but the lock was jammed and he was unable to do so. Someone walks out to the dark room behind him.

"This wouldn't happen if you just walked away," the person stated.

"Let me out, I won't tell anyone, just let me out!" Luccione hollered at the unknown person.

"There's no way I can do that, you're already suspicious of this house. If Jesus lets you go, we'll gladly obey," the mysterious man in the dark corner clarified.

Jesus?

"This world is beautiful... you do believe that right?"

"The problem is, there is no god in here; if you like, you can become one of us, the Apostle," he suggests to Luccione.

"What are you talking about, are you mad"

Instead of simply going with the flow to avoid being killed, Luccione's former self inadvertently refused his proposal.

"Hey kid, watch how you speak, we apostles meant no harm, we only want peace, and we do it the old fashion way," the mysterious man said.

After some time, a person from the other room, carrying a sack of bags, approached the man.

"Gabriel, the wrongdoers have arrived; we must depart," the other guy said.

Gabriel?

"Dear god, the cops are truly corrupt even in the afterlife; sorry kid, you have to come with us," the guy said, 1 more guy showed up and tried to lift Luccione up by force.

"Let me go!!!" he cried, knowing that trying to flee would be futile.

The Gabriel guy was about to teleport us out when a sword of some kind blasted through the glass windows and landed on the guy carrying Luccione.

"Ouch..... why are the villains arriving so quickly? Forget the kid, we have to leave now," Gabriel said.

One of the guys throws me behind the door and uses me as a barrier.

I can't move because the wind is preventing me from distracting them and enabling them to escape. "Kid, we're not done yet; you'll get your first communion," Gabriel said, as they teleported away.

.....

The supreme justice corporation slammed the door in Luccion's back.

"OUCH!!!" he exclaimed.

Damos was about to scout the area with a magical circle-imbued arm going to aim when he noticed Luccione in distress behind the door. "Luccione! are you all right? did they hurt you?"

"No, you did," Luccione, in his mind.

Outside, Luccione noticed his parents. as he began sprinting toward them They hugged tightly since his mother was anxious something terrible would happen to him.

"Are you hurt, Lucc? Did they hurt you?" asked Luccione's father.

"No, but they said they'd come back and they're not done with me," Luccione replied.

"I'm scared, Dad."

The three hugged once more.

Later that day, my mother and I flew back home. Some male S.J.C. was taken aback by how gracefully my mother flew us both. Meanwhile, the father entered the house where the crime occurred.

"How is the situation?" father questioned.

"One suspect and one SJC member were killed." Damos stated

Luccione's father was perplexed as to why an S.J.C. member would end up dying when they were not ordered to engage.

Damos explained that the house belonged to one of his colleagues who was in charge of storing magic-imbued circles. Damos also mentions that none of the magic circles can be found inside the house.

"This isn't just a typical burglary; they have set objectives. Criminals like them only mean they're doing something outrageous," Damos explained.

"By the way, you can keep your katana; that man is long gone," Damos replied as he pointed to the suspect with a katana through his chest.

The katana returned to Luccione's father's grasp by itself, revealing a small magical circle imbued on the katana handle and putting it inside his scabbard

Damos instructed Luccione's father to return home and console his son. Damos mentioned as he was about to leave that when the time comes, he will have to teach his son how to fight.

His dad just left without saying a word.

...

The night has passed.

Leonor has spent the rest of the day babying Luccione.

Hand-feeding him, washing his body, brushing his teeth, and anything else related to children. And when Luccione refuses his mother's service his mother gets extremely upset. Luccione had no option but to go with the flow.

He had never felt such humiliation in his life.
