Becoming heroes
"So why is the shop close it still day on my world and if this is interlocked with other worlds then it should be day for them as well right?" Odin asked as he sat down.
"I decided to take a mental health day or whatever those low born call it," Odin(ori) said as he brought out some miniature star cores as snacks.
"So how's that working for Ya"
"Well, I'm not sure normally I commit mass genocide if I feel sad that makes me better but after too many genocides the galactic councils have banned me from that I can only destroy twenty planets now a year now." Odin(ori) said as he ate a star core.
"So are you gonna obey or are you gonna just ignore them?"
"Depends on how I feel maybe ill go and kill their kids for fun who knows but what I do know is that this type of 'mental health day' is not for me"
"Heh how typical"
"How about we go be superheroes or something you be my sidekick as we fight crime how about it?"
"Even if we did we could easily rid the world of every problem it has which of course would lead to problems. it's like trying to stop wars the most stupidest idea ever any civilization that has had died out from their own stupidity."
"Then how about we go sightsee around different worlds we can turn on that protagonist halo and have tons of fun."
"Actually, that might not be bad but still haven't we seen everything?"
As the two odins discussed different things to do someone entered the cafe both of them looked at the person who entered. Both odins did a double-take and soon Odin(ori) started laughing for no reason this caused reality to shake which was soon subdued by Odin ripping the other head off. Once that ended Odin(ori) pointed his finger at the figure and soon he saw his information.
"You sent Sigewulf to universe 29-13 this person is from 29-7 this is quite funny for many reasons that even I don't know."
"You know what I have an idea let's go to his world and save it we can be that hero trope or something we have some random princess or something fall in love with us and fight the big baddy and die by sacrificing ourselves it'll be fun." Odin(ori) said with a chuckle as he walked towards the living corpse.
"Ok I'll call you bob since I can't name for shit let's go save your race," Odin said as he teleported the emperor back to the golden throne. Since he disappeared out of random the custodian and those that maintained the throne was frantic searching for their emperor. Soon he appeared back on the throne with both odins next to him. The reappearance of their emperor brought reassurance but also made them more alert as they started at the odins.
"Ok you are tall and I don't want to keep looking up so let's do this" with Odin(ori) finishing that sentence he became 15 feet tall the other was the same Odin(ori) pointed his finger and snapped it and soon the corpse that sat on the throne returned to its original form. This shocked the custodians as they saw their emperor in his glory that he had ten thousand years ago.
"Quite funny two emperors meet on this day one titled as the emperor of mankind and the other the emperor of the calm night," Odin says with a smile.
"Well get up I fixed your body and your little machine," Odin said as he gave way for the emperor to leave his old death bed. The emperor stayed silent through all this he stood from his throne and walked forward many thoughts passed him was this a dream? an illusion? Or was this something else?
"Well you have a lot on your plate even my paperwork for my empire is not this hard but at the same time, you have a dying empire while my will forever prosper even in my absence."
"It seems like your servants are still stunned u would have thought they would regain their footing very quickly." Odin(ori) said as he looked at the custodians.
"Well it seems you have a lot to do so we'll leave you to it also look for a guy named custos avan he a guy I sent here he is basically omnipresent so he can give you a history course but be careful guy has literally seen some shit," Odin(ori) said as he headed for the door.
"Hey, should we go with the black and white combo or what?" Odin(ori) asked the other Odin As they walked towards what looked like an exit out of this dungeon.
"Sure I don't care," Odin said as white armor appeared around him this armor looked like a normal knight armor except the helmet was adorned with a halo. Odin(ori) equipped his armor since chaos and order armor could be shaped as whatever. Odin combined it with his king armor the only difference it gives is when the armor goes into second or third form.
Since Odin(ori) combined his armor he gained a second passive ability the king armor kept a soul remnant of odins late wife which would either buff or debuff a person. As the forms switched so did she the first form just stayed hugging his back and sometimes would affect the people around the second form would cause her to hum a song that kept Odin calm. The third form would make Odin fall into a state of mindlessness as he set the remnant somewhere safe after that odin would go all out using his sword and scythe at the same time. The fourth form did exist but Odin never used it so he didn't know what it did.
As both odins walked a custodian tried stopping him to which in odins(ori)unfocused self he just walked and knocked over the 9-foot man as Odin(ori) stepped on the man he dented the armor and soon killed the man by popping his head with his foot.
Upon realizing what he did Odin(ori) turned around and used a simple resurrection spell to bring the man back to life.
"I'm sorry about that I haven't done that since I killed a god by tripping over him," Odin(ori) said as he took out a weapon and handed it to the man.
"Take this it a malicum storm weapon it has infinite ammo so don't worry just be careful this is used to destroy stars in an ethical way," Odin said as he soon walked away with odins departure the emperor got down to business naturally he would try to get answers but since he had the time he might as well do all he can to help humanity.
"So how do we get out of here?" Odin asked they already left the Sanctum Imperialis and were now on a bridge leading somewhere.
"I think we just go straight we can just port out of here either way let's just tour around." Odin(ori) said as he looked around he saw custodians around the place and some other people with odins skill to blend anywhere no one bothered them.
Soon after a few hours of exploring and seeing some questionable things they teleported outside. The barren planet was in full view of them the once beautiful earth has become barren.
"Well, what a beautiful site this is," Odin(ori) said as he breathed in the polluted air.
"This place looks like crap" Odin replied.
"Yeah but hey it could be worse they could be under seres rule."
"This is basically that except they have control of their body and still have freedom," Odin replied
The seres were a race who relinquished all their right from mental to physical freedom using a cerebral controller only one being had full control and that person was actually a reincarnation from earth.
As both odins enjoyed the dystopic view they soon decided to do what they were here for and that was being heroes or something.
"So what ships should I call?" Odin(ori) said as he looked through his spaceships.
"Go with this one it has everything we will need for this little adventure." Odin pointed at the image of a white and red ship.
"Ok 3 2 1." Odin counted down and soon a ship appeared it abrupt appearance caused a shockwave. since this ship came from a distant universe at this speed it was incredible that the shockwave it produce didn't destroy this planet it just disabled some technology.
"Well that's our signal to leave!" Odin(ori) shouted as he jumped into the opened back door of the ship. The other Odin looked shocked and soon followed him. The ship soon left leaving another boom but not the same strength as before.
"What the fuck was that why did you let it enter into the inner atmosphere like that?" Odin yelled at the other.
"I didn't know it would come in like that I told it to stop outside before entering the planet at a slower speed." Odin tried defending himself it really wasn't his fault and no one died at least hopefully.
"You know what I really shouldn't be complaining I'm already expecting for an entire galaxy to just ram into this place," Odin said as he sighed and walked to the living quarters of the ship. Like many other spaceships, this one had a spatial enlarger so even though this ship was the size of an average house the inside was around 9,290 miles squared.
They soon left the segmentum solar and decided to get the classic hero group. First on the list was the priest girl after that would be the guy that looked mean but was nice.
"So where are we going to get them from?" Odin asked the other as he played some games on the holo screen.
"Simple we kidnapped them."
