Chapter 37: The Condition.

"Here". He gave it to her.

"Watch and learn." She went to his back and started combing his lovely hair. He was caught grinning at her through the mirror.

"You're beautiful." He said abs she pretended not to hear him.

"Jenna." He called with his stern voice.

"Y..yes" she looked at him in the mirror.

"Never mind. You'll be late for work, get dressed I'll be waiting for you downstairs." He walked out of the door.

She sighed and walked into the changing room. She came out looking stunning, she was in a cooperate dressing. A white shirt sleeved top and a milky colored skirt, her hair was poured down she didn't apply any make up and she wore a black flat shoe.

She stood looking at her self in front of the mirror. She admired her body shape, she was just the definition of perfection.

She went downstairs to see see Arnold waiting for her by the car just then a car drove in and she knew who it was, it was..Ace!

"Ace?." It sounded like a whisper.

Jenna stood frozen for a moment as she waited for the him to stop the car. Arnold just looked at the moving car wondering who had such guts to drive into the compound.

Ace got out of the car and turned his head to look at Arnold with death glares.

Jenna stood in the middle of both men not knowing what to do. Should she got yell at Ace? Or just go with Arnold.

The both men stared at her and it made her more confused. She needed to go talk some sense into Ace, why would he drive in like that as if here was his house?.

Arnold didn't want to create any trouble in front of Jenna so he just stood still watching Jenna's next move.

"Let's go Jenna." Ace said from afar, she turned to Ace then to Arnold. This was so difficult, she was so mad at Ace fir causing such much trouble in her life and now he was here to make things worse??

She walked to Ace, a smile curved on his lips as she saw Arnold glaring. She knew he was already fuming inside of him, he angrily marched to his car and zoomed off.

"What was that about? How do you even know the location to this place? And why didn't you call me before coming here Ace!." She yelled.

"I only wanted to surprise you, didn't know you'd get this mad."

"Get into the car, he left already and you'll be late for work. It's your first day at work." He got into the car and waited for her.

Jenna Looked angrily at him before getting into the car.

They drove in awkward silence and throughout the long drive she couldn't stop thinking about how angry Arnold was.

"Listen, I think we should stop seeing." She looked away avoiding his gaze.

"Why? Because of him?." He asked.

"Don't tell me you don't know what you're doing, you're destroying my happiness Ace." Her eyes were covered with angry tears.

"Jenna it's not like that, I was just trying to help." He explained.

"My life was fine before you came back, this whole thing is getting me confused!, what exactly do you want huh?." She cried.

"Jenna today is your first day of work, please don't do this." His attention was drawn to an upcoming vehicle. He wasn't concentrating on the road so he stopped the car.

"You're making my life so difficult Ace."

"The fact that I love you is now a crime??, does your so called boyfriend knows about your condition? No he doesn't, if he knew he wouldn't have accepted you in the first place,but I knew and I still love you, you should be happy and grateful for that, still you're pushing me away? I don't want to believe you're this heartless Jenna." Before he could say another word she slapped him across his face. She turned around angrily and got out of the car.

"How could he? He was such a jerk!." She said to herself as angry tears rolled down her cheek.

"I didn't mean to say that Jenna,please I'm sorry, get into the car please." He came to her begging.

"Get away from me!." She stopped a taxi and got in leaving Ace angrily hitting his car tyres with his shoe.

"How dare he!" She pressed her lips tightly together not wanting to cry loud.

"Are you okay Ma'am?." The driver asked.

"Yes, I'm fine, just drive please." She wiped her tear off with her face.

She got to the school and did her lessons, she didn't feel too good cause a lot was on her mind and she wasn't concentrating.

She was now alone in the Staff Room tiredly resting her head against the wall.

"Bestie?." A familiar voice called and she raised up her head to see who it was.

"Lily??." Her face lit up.

"Bestie!" She went to her and gave her a tight bear hug.

"What are you doing here?." Jenna asked.

"What are you saying?? I school here, I saw you in my class today but you weren't looking my way so I came to say hi." She smiled.

"I'm so sorry I didn't notice."

"You don't look too good, are you sick?." She looked worried.

Jenna shook her head "No, I'm fine." She sat back relaxing.

"Did You and Mister Anime had a fight?." She asked.

Jenna looked at her with surprise. She was surprised at how intelligent the little girl was.

"No..I..I just had a bad day, that's it." She looked away.

"You really don't look too good, should I call the school nurse?." She asked.

"No, I'm fine" she forced a smile but it wasn't convincing.

"You should go back to class, I'll see you after school okay?." She tilted her head.

"Okay Bes.. wait..what should I call you now?" She asked.

"I mean since you're now my school teacher, I should call you Ma'am." She said.

"You're so adorable Lily, call me Ma'am in school then Bestie outside the school so you wouldn't get into trouble with the Principal okay?" She just wondered how this girl managed to make her smile just now she came, she loved her and she wanted her around all the time
