Hello everyone. Here's a collection of my unfinished drafts, chapters I for some reason, fail to come up with a good follow-up. Why publish them? Because I figured that the time I took to write them would at least serve a purpose other than to help me with my written English. Why read a bunch of chapters without follow-up? Well, that's a good question. I can understand that reading something without a story behind it is frustrating but I do it first and foremost to try to figure out why exactly I cannot be satisfied with my work. Who knows? Perhaps if you guys give me enough advice and particularly like one of the ideas I exposed, I could try writing it for real. Anyway, I'm exposed to criticism and would like to hear your guys' opinions on those chapters. By the way, if one of y'all wants to write his own story inspired by one of the chapters they are free to do so. However, the last thing I want to see is copy/paste of those chapters. After all, it is still stealing intellectual property. If you guys see my chapters on another website, it isn't me, and would like to hear about it. I have hundreds of drafts to publish, but won't do it all in the same day. Put the book in your collection to stay tuned in.
Jumping toward the other boy, intending to make him use his quirk more clearly, the young Bakugo extended his palm toward his upper body.
Expecting him to block or use his quirk to move out of the way, he was shocked to see Maat fearlessly grab his wrist and force him to send his explosion into the sand.
Unable to react to his speed, the boy used the remaining of his momentum to send him on the ground, his back impacting the sand with a loud noise, knocking the wind out of him.
The remaining goon was completely unable to truly comprehend what happened, both because it was too fast for him to truly describe the scene, but also since he cannot imagine someone of his age being strong enough to wipe the floor with the person he thinks as the highest chance to become a hero among all his friends.
His eyes worriedly went to the wheezing Bakugo on the floor, struggling to breathe right after the hard fall.
Unfortunately, his focus being elsewhere failed to make him realize that Maat's eyes were now on him.
Without being able to do much to defend himself, he was sent to his knees with a vicious kick on the side of his right leg, the pain paralyzing him just as much as his sensitive nerve was immediately plagued with numbness.
"Haa-!" He didn't have much time to cry either as once he kneeled, a foot painfully impacted the bottom of his jaw, forcefully sending him to Morpheus' lands.
Maat looked at the unconscious form of the goon unconcerned before side-stepping an amateur's superman punch that resulted in the kid landing on the ground before jumping on his legs once again and turning to look at Maat.
"You are more resistant than I thought." Maat remarked, looking at the winged kid.
Earlier, he delivered a simple punch and expected him to stay down but he seemed to be a little bigger than the worm he thought he was... Still, a worm nonetheless.
As such, Maat was unimpressed and simply stepped to him at a speed he could not react to, a slight gust of air following.
"Huh?"
Maat's foot dug into the kid's abdomen, hitting exactly where the liver was.
The fast, precise, and powerful attack was still uncomprehended by the boy as he saw the world fade to black, his own body choosing to shut down to fight the pain that would otherwise fry his nerves.
Using the falling unconscious body as a stepping stone, Maat masterfully avoided another round of explosions from a pissed-off blonde kid.
"I will blow your face off!" He declared, before releasing wave after wave of explosions that were all successfully and easily evaded, not letting even his black shirt be damaged.
"Bold words from a rip-off firecracker." Maat declared before, in an impressive demonstration of agility planted his foot on his face, and summersault, not only avoiding one of the most powerful and destructive explosions of the blonde but also sending him on his ass with a bloody nose.
"Aaargh!" Bakugo exclaimed before struggling to get up on his feet.
It was no longer a question of heroes and villains, he just wanted to blow Maat's head off for the blatant disrespect he felt in his gaze.
As for Maat himself, he completely forgot about the game as he simply enjoyed pissing off the blonde boy, observing him fail again and again.
Still, while Bakugo may have been a genius, it was obvious that he was severely outmatched. Not only did Maat play with him from the beginning to the end with a smug look on his face, but he also never once used his quirk nor seemed remotely as tired as he was.
Deep down, he couldn't help but shiver at the might of the unknown boy, but still, his anger quickly drowns any of the negative feelings that do not relate to his anger or rage at the situation.
Struggling to climb to his feet, while releasing deep and tired breaths, it was evident that Bakugo has lost, his exhaustion visible through his angry face.
However, it only served to enlarge Maat's grin as the young man wanted to see his limits.
"That's it, puppet. Dance until you break!"
Even though his words were low, the intensity with which he delivered them coupled with eager expression was enough to send both Bakugo and Midoriya chills throughout their entire being, even though the former would never admit it.
In his eyes, it was obvious that Maat didn't even consider them as anything but his plaything right now.
This unnerved Bakugo but served to motivate him to try again. And perhaps this time, it would be enough to send the other boy six feet under.
Preparing himself to jump toward his newfound archnemesis, he found himself stopped by a certain green-haired boy's sudden arrival in front of him, using his body to block and break the fight.
"S-stop Kacchan! You are hurt and aunt Mitsuki will w-worry if y-you go home like that!" The green-haired boy pleaded to try to reason with him.
"Shut up Deku! It's between him and me!" Bakugo exclaimed, trying to push the green-haired boy and use his explosion to blow him away.
Unfortunately, a sudden pain in his palm stopped him from releasing his unique attack.
Releasing so many attacks without much pause made him reach his limits much earlier than he anticipated.
Furthermore, the shove that he delivered on his favorite whipping boy was much weaker, failing to send him to the ground.
Meanwhile, the two goons were back in the lands of the living, but the pain that assaulted their body forced them to stay on the ground, quietly observing the interaction.
"F-fuck..." Bakugo cursed, seeing that he would not be able to do much more for now as he wasn't even able to push the green 'trash' as usual, much less beat the cat boy to a pulp as he imagined.
Midoriya turned to look at the mysterious black-haired boy that suddenly appeared and beat his childhood friend with ease, someone he considered the strongest person he knew.
Not that he knew many people.
He expected to find his usual grin but what he found was pure indifference instead as he looked between Bakugo that still struggled to stay on his feet, badly bruised from their exchange, and Midoriya, just as bruised but for different reasons.
"How dreadfully disappointing." He expressed after a few seconds of silence.
Without waiting for their reply, Maat turned around and walked back to Alfred that was waiting next to the black bulky car, his hands behind his back as he usually does.
Not expecting such a reply, Bakugo went against his senses and demanded, shouting through the empty playground.
"You are abandoning then, you coward?!"
Stopping on his track, Maat's tail slightly moved back and forth before he turned his head to the side to look at the other boy.
"I got tired of my toy. That's all... Though if you truly want me to play with you again, there will be time at U.A. High."
With these last words, Maat left just as fast as he arrived, the car in which he entered blasting off out of their sights, leaving deeply impacted young men.
---
"Was it wise to let them know where to find you in a few years, young master?" Alfred asked, handing to the young boy a bowl of raisins.
Immediately accepting it, he happily threw some of them in his mouth before looking at the scenery once again.
Accustomed to the young boy's antics as he took his time to answer, in the same way as his mother does.
"It barely matters. The blonde boy may serve as a slight divertissement if he lives up to my expectations however, an armed ant is still an ant nonetheless."
"Still. Your attendance to the school is mostly a secret, for now, it would be wiser to never speak of it to no-names like them otherwise your mother may punish you for it..."
At the mention of his mother's hypothetical anger, Maat froze for a few seconds before resuming his feast.
"Whatever. I don't plan to come back to this backwood neighborhood anyway."
Maat reluctantly agreed, not expecting much more from anyone in the country anyway.
It was common knowledge that except for the top ten heroes, Japan lacked the kind of overall strength seen in the hero community of other countries. The country of the rising sun focuses on quantity and not quality, and has been severely judged for it. Most consider their heroes as reckless nobodies and not professionals in rescue and fighting crime since most chase fame or money openly.
Besides, the discrimination against heteromorphic quirks and quirkless people is so bad that Baast took a long time to make her decision to temporarily move in, slightly worried that her son would pick up the behavior of the 'filthy worms' as she calls them.
"Your mother would be happy to hear that. Besides, she has something to tell you, I believe."
---
Meanwhile, in another part of Japan...
Sitting in front of a computer, a certain mouse chimera looks intently at the screen, observing the different information he managed to find despite the ridiculous protection on them.
"The Adio Family... If my hypothesis is right, the next heir should be Maat Adio and he would enroll once he is 16 years old.
However, why exactly would they come here? Baast Adio didn't come to Japan to learn how to be a hero after all, and from the evaluation of her son, he doesn't seem like the type to be heroic too...
Still, if I can convince him to become a hero he could replace All Might in a few years with his quirk [Destruction] even though information on it is strictly restricted."
Leaning back on his small chair, the principal of U.A. High continued to think with his high intellect, reviewing his options.
It would be dangerous to try to go against Baast Adio directly. She is one of the richest women in the world and while her family does not have as much influence in Japan as him, she certainly does in the rest of the world.
"It would be best to wait for now. Either way, being her opponent is not something I would ever want. Hopefully, Maat Adio will mature and become naturally more... heroic."
Nezu said to himself, as he remembered the few incidents the problematic child caused in the few countries he visited.
Even though all proofs were swiftly erased, it was not difficult for him to investigate and find a few people willing to slightly describe what happened.
Most of these incidents were him fighting against heroes or villains for his enjoyment. The fact that he did not even use his quirk to confront them is shameful enough for them to not be willing to speak about it publicly, even if threatened.
They only told it to Nezu due to his promise to not reveal it to anyone, the mouse chimera only wanting to gather information about the rumored Egyptian prince.
Anyway, he would have to wait a few years to be allowed to meet the kid and appraise him personally.
Nezu sighed, turning off the computer.
Being a principal is not as heavy as he thought...

Maat was currently walking through the main corridor of his primary manor, Alfred walking a few steps behind him as usual.
The few maids and butlers stepped out of the way, no one wanting to be an obstacle to the unpredictable child.
Their cat-like physiology is not the only feline attribute they have, their personality is just chaotic. They were not truly evil nor were they purposely doing bad things, but they were not averse to it especially when provoked. Though most of the time they treated their servants with due respect.
Maat continued to ignore them as he stopped in front of the meeting room, where his mother usually invites family or her rare associates important enough to meet her.
Stepping inside, Alfred followed soon after to close the door behind, Maat's eyes fell upon four people.
The only one he recognizes is a beautiful and slender woman with bronze skin similar to his. Her raven-colored hair was decored with a few golden accessories similar to the one he has.
She was currently sitting in a throne-like chair, her tail lazily resting on the left arm of the chair while she was leaning on the right side, her figure extremely attractive without even trying.
Seeing him enter the room, the woman Maat recognize as his mother made a sign for him to enter and take the seat next to her, a chair similar to hers but slightly smaller.
Without missing a beat, Maat obeyed and sat at her side, finally observing the guests.
"Now that my son is here, we can begin." Baast said, her cat-like pupils locked onto the family.
Nodding, the man presented himself.
Black hair like his wife at his side, his facial feature could be described as handsome by any normal beauty standard, despite the eastern traits. He was not particularly muscular but it is obvious that he take good care of his skin and body, perhaps thanks to his fortune.
"I am Ken Yaoyorozu, here is my wife Aiko Yaoyorozu." He began, pointing to the woman at his right side, her facial feature just as refined as her husband, while her body was voluptuous, unlike the average Japanese woman.
Finally presenting the girl of Maat's age, he continued.
"This is Momo Yaoyorozu, my daughter and heir of the Yaoyorozu Corporation." He said, making the girl slightly fidget as all gazes were currently on her, especially Maat's as he was the only one that did not exactly know the reason for their presence here, even though he would be able to guess by now.
Though if he did, it was not visible on his face since his expression didn't change from the start. It was as if he was not listening to them...
While most of Adio's fortune comes from its various energy production deals with various countries and corporations, the Yaoyorozu focuses on complex materials production or some materials that only they can produce thanks to some of their quirks.
However, it is obvious that they lack the worldwide might to compete against other corporations that sell the same products as them, some of even or higher quality.
Thus, the next proposal of the current head of the Yaoyorozu family makes even more sense.
"I came here to propose the union between our family through our children."
