Nightly Adventures

'Six thousand dollars, easy money.' I thought with a prideful smirk as I looked at the statement of my bank account.

One might wonder, I have no part time work, no Job, hell, I don't even go to school! Then how do I earn these kind of money? Simple. Stocks, bitches!

Investing and trading in stocks was one of the reasons I needed to have a Laptop on me most of the time. I had started with only 890 dollars in my account, and now, I traded bulk stocks for hundreds and thousands of dollars.

Of course, this is only me making small time money, because becoming rich is not the main objective here. Although, I could be rich enough to live a luxurious life to myself. Six thousand dollars for a monthly expenditure is a lot.

The call with my apartment's owner was a lie to Sam, because I had to make a call to the stock company to get my money transferred to my account. Two days later, here I am.

I closed the passbook and placed it in my bag. Since I had to purchase groceries on my way back from the Dojo, I went to an ATM machine and withdrew 200 dollars for my pocket change.

After my banking and financial work was done, I headed straight to the Dojo and saw the other guys idly sitting outside under the tree.

"Where's Mr. Larusso?" I asked them by placing my helmet and bag on the side.

"Mr. Larusso has some work today." Chris replied.

"Sam and Robby are going to conduct our training sessions today." Dimitri said, "They are inside the Dojo hall right now."

I nodded at them and went to the Dojo Hall, only to be caught surprised when I came across the scene of Sam and Robby making out with each other.

"Love is in the air~" I said in a melodious tone and grabbed their attention.

"Alex!" Sam whined as they both were startled by my presence.

"H-Hey." Robby nervously greeted me.

"Hey, lovebirds." I greeted back with a mischievous grin, "Why don't you guys get a room? I don't mind conducting today's training session."

"No, I don't want my dad's students to be dead by the end of the day." Sam said with a sweet smile as the both of them stood up, "And you won't tell about this to Dad."

"Please." Robby requested, "Mr. Larusso does not know about us yet."

"Nah, I am not a snitch. You guys don't need to worry." I waved off at them, "And what were you saying a few days ago?" I asked Sam with an raised eyebrow and meaningful smirk.

"Shut up, Alex." Sam smiled shyly as she held Robby's hand, "Let's go now and start the training session, okay?"

"No, no, I am sure everyone would be fine with some delay." I said in sarcasm with a light chuckle.

"Alex, I am serious." Sam said by looking straight at me with her big eyes.

"Okay, fine." I decided it was enough teasing her for the Day, "Where are we conducting the session today, indoors or outdoors?"

"Outdoors should be better." Robby replied as he nodded at Sam with a smile.

"Gosh, love birds." I groaned in exasperation and walked out to the open Dojo.

Fortunately, nothing else happened for the rest day, and by nothing, I mean nothing sexual between Sam and Robby, except for them exchanging flirtatious glances at one another.

'Teenage and the hormones that comes along with it.' I sighed by the end of the day.

I had acquired a new hobby ever since I had come to this world. No, it wasn't related to Karate and any of my quests. It was a hobby that I had developed for my own fun and thrill.

Speed racing at night. Not actually a race, but I would go out at the summer nights on the empty roads of West All Valley and drive my bike at the highest possible speed.

The joy and adrenaline I experienced as I performed stunts on my bike was enthralling and a great way to express my emotions.

I had been doing this for the past month and was never caught in action, even by the police, until tonight, when I came across Tory on the street.

It was Two in the middle of the night and she walking on the streets alone. I might be an asshole sometimes, but there was no way I was going to ignore her.

So when I saw her, I slowed my bike on the road next to her and took off my helmet.

"What the hell are you doing here so late at night?" I questioned with a confused frown.

"Alex?" Tory was startled by my voice and looked confused, "Why should I answer you?"

"Let me guess, you went out on a part time job that got you off late and you did not find a cab back to your home." I stated with a small smile, "Hop on. I'll drop you."

"No, thank you." Tory replied sternly and rolled away her eyes for me.

"Seriously, I am asking you again, otherwise I am going to be on my way." I said seriously as I was not in the mood to deal with her bullshit, "Get on the bike."

Tory stayed silent for a moment and annoyingly clicked her tongue, before she got on my bike.

"Don't you have an extra helmet or something?" she complaint while adjusting on the seat.

"Why would I have an extra helmet with me while I am speed riding? That's extra weight, you know?" I replied as I heated the motor to give off loud roars.

"Wait, so that's what you are doing so late at night?" Tory realised and asked in surprise, "Alex, don't tell me."

Instead of replying, I simply put on my helmet.

"I.. I think I'll walk back home." Tory said in a fearful tone when she realised that she had made the mistake of trusting me.

"Sorry, too late." I replied in sweet tone and drove off with such drift, that left the markings of my tire behind on the road.

"I suggest you hold tight." I said as a warning.

"You are insane!" Tory screamed as she tightly wrapped her arms around my waist, "Are you even planning to drop me to my home?!"

"Only after I am done with you." I replied by madly laughing behind my helmet and doing a wheelee on the empty road.

Tory yells, moans, and gasps were like music to my ears, because this was the first time I had someone with me during a wild road night trip. I don't know long the time passed, but we travelled all around the entire West Valley and I kept laughing at Tory's screamed like a maniac.

"So, where do you live again?" I asked as I finally slowed down my bike a little, after having a satisfactory trip.

Tory was oddly very quiet, so I stopped the bike and turned my face around, only to be smacked on the back of my helmet with a tight slap.

"You asshole, moronic, evil bastard!" Tory yelled at me with agitated tears coming out from the corner of her eyes, "I thought I was going to die, not once, but sixteen times! Fucking sixteen times you could've killed me!"

"Are you sure you're not exaggerating the numbers?" I narrowed my eyes at her.

"Just.. Just, drop me to my home now, okay?" Tory asked of me frustratedly, "I am literally scared this is going to be the last night of my life."

"Oh, come on." I chuckled as I started my bike again and Tory reacted immediately by wrapping her arms around my waist, "Don't you trust my driving skills? Not to mention, I wasn't even driving at the highest speed. Do you want to know what's the highest speed?" I asked in a suggestive tone.

"No, fucking hell no!" Tory angrily shouted into my ears like an pissed off cat, "Take me to my home now or you won't live to see another day."

"Fine, fine. Tell me the address." I chuckled in response and decided it was time to finally drop her home.

Tory gave me the address and this time, I drove at a safe speed, just because Tory had decided to wrap her right arm around my neck and I did not wanted to take my chances with her.

"No thanks, nothing?" I asked by taking off my helmet and cheekily smiled at her, after she got off from my bike.

"Fuck you, Alex." Tory grumbled at me with an irritated look, "You should be glad that I did not choke you to death on our way here."

"We both know you won't do that." I smiled at her.

"Are you challenging me?" Tory stepped ahead and glared at my face.

"Maybe?" I shrugged, "Maybe not?"

"Tch." Tory clicked her tongue and looked at the time on her wrist watch, "Great." she sighed and showed me the time, "It's 4.45 in the morning, that's almost three hours."

"The best three hours of your life?" I suggested with a small laugh.

"Haha, do laugh." Tory mocked me with a smile.

"I had fun hearing your screams." I stated while putting on my helmet, "Sweet dreams."

"I am going to have nightmares of tonight." Tory replied with a snort, "Thanks for dropping me off, you jerk."

"The pleasure was all mine." I remarked, before driving away.
