Just Say The Truth

Miller was in one of the big buildings enjoying himself. He was given some privileges because he was a human teenager. He was inside one of the building with Anti-Meta Human travelers soldiers. The soldiers were not intimidating him, rather they were just playing an Earthly game known as SCRABBLE.

The soldiers told Miller to seat down comfortably, they even brought him food and and water to drink. The food was alien to Miller. But when he tested the food; it was one of the beat food he has ever tasted in his life.

"It's a food that was cooked by our favourite Amargan chief; Ana'Kei, the Amargans call this delicious meal Komik'Nata". One of the soldiers said with a smile.

"Komik'Nata". It's a hearty stew made with spiced root vegetables, slow-cooked meat, and fresh herbs. It's served with a side of warm bread and a sweet and tangy sauce, and it's the perfect meal to warm your belly on a cold winter night.

"It's really delicious" Miller replied with a huge smile on his face.

"Don't worry about anything just enjoy this delicious meal after you are done eating, we will just wait for orders from Tyler Talon, our highest ranking Officer in this very shelter. Once we get orders from him, we will send you back to Earth, safe and sound". Another soldier said.

"Thanks" Miller replied. At this point Miller no longer thought of James. Miller thought James was already dead.

"Oh, come on, i got that word correctly" one of the soldiers playing the Scrabble game complained.

The sound of the doors opening could be heard and when Miller and the soldiers turned back to see who it was, they saw Tyler Talon.

"Hey, you boy, come with me" Tyler said as he immediately left the place.

Miller who was enjoying his delicious meal had to leave his meal because of he was called by Tyler. Miller followed Tyler fast trying to catch up with him. Tyler Carried Miller to a room, it was just like the room they brought Derek for questioning, but it was a different one.

When the two of them entered Derek could see a black skinned lady that looked to be in her early sixties. She smiled when she saw Miller.

Miller was told to seat down in a seat. Miller was confused as to why he was alone with them. Has he done anything wrong?.

"Miller this is Selena, she has the ability to know if someone is telling the truth." Tyler said while frowning. "So Just say the truth".

"Give me your hand" Selena said.

Miller obeyed and immediately his hands meet with that of Selena, his entire mind became blank, like he was no longer in control at the moment. His eyes and Selena's eyes turned red. The influence skill from Selena had activated on him.

"Tell me everything about how you got here". She commanded.

And with the influence skill, Miller said every single thing truthfully about how James and Derek fought, How they got to that strange planet and how they arrived on Citarada.

When Miller was done saying the whole story, the Influence skill was disconnected.

"Thank you for your time" Selena said.

To Miller, it was just as if his mind went blank for some time and finally he could control his body.

Tyler and Selena were in a quiet room together. No other person was there.

"like i said earlier, i think something is going on at the Anti-Meta Human headquarters on Earth." Tyler said while holding his chin.

"If we don't find out those people involved in this thing, it would be bad for us" Selena said.

"I think it would be advisable if we informed Paul Paulin of what is happening" Tyler replied.

"Yes, we have to. Because from the looks of things, there is someone or some people in the Anti-Meta Human headquarters that have mutants working secretly for them". Selena said.

"Yes, that person or group of person is committing a crime, Even Derek is also committing a crime". Tyler replied.

"Yes, Derek is actually working for someone secretly, we have heard rumours that their are some Anti-Meta Human Officers/travellers working for people other than the government which is a big crime that is punishable by death" Selena said. "Should i not use my influence skills on him to find out who sent him or who he is working for?".

"You know if you use your ability on any Anti-Meta Human Officer/Traveller, you would be in big trouble, that is also an offence according to the Anti-Meta Human Code of Code" Tyler paused for some time.

There was now some silence in the room as the two of them were trying their best to figure out a mystery.

Rumours lately have Been spreading around that some Anti-Meta Human Officers or Travellers were working for a secret organization or person. Tyler was scared the most, he thought that if someone could control an entire army of Mutants, they could overthrow the government of Earth.
