Finding Miller

They have been moving for quiet a while now. The little boy was now completely tired but he pretended like he wasn't. James on the other hand was still moving forward, he did not feel weak like the others. The message of the strange man was still ringing in his head:

"Dear James and Edmund Theodore in control of this body, you were brought to this place for a reason, your job is to be the guide and protector of the Long Awaited Saviour, He needs protection, he is not able to fight them now, that is why you two meet, it is not a coincidence"

"Make sure to keep this to yourself, tell no one including his mom, Martha Edward, keep this information to yourself, The whole multiverse depends on it. Miller is the Long Awaited Saviour, go and protect him".

The words of the strange men did not leave his head. He was thinking about it seriously. Was him meeting Miller pre planed by a superior being?. How can Miller be the Long Awaited Saviour. Miller has no powers.

James had so many thoughts running over his head, but his main focus was finding Miller. James was so concerned about the mission that he forgot that the others following him were tired from walking.

Getrax actually has a lot of stamina, he just doesn't want to move anymore because he does not know where they are going and where James is actually taking them to.

"James!" He shouted. "What are we looking for in this place".

At that point James just wanted to tell them that he was finding Miller, but he remembered what that strange man had told him earlier than he should Keep it to himself.

"We have to find if their is any civilization around this area, Maybe they could take us home" James said.

Getrax made a little chuckle. "Civilization, how the hell do you expect any civilization to be in this hot desert planet, this planet just looks like a wasteland". Getrax continued shouting.

James was now getting a little offended by the way Getrax was raising his voice at him but he just pretended it was okay.

The shouts of Getrax had drawn the attention of some beasts.

"Rarr" some beasts roared.

When the four of them (The beautiful lady, the little boy, Getrax and James) turned their heads towards that direction they saw around forty-nine beasts heading toward their direction.

The beasts looked like a Rhino with sharp spikes all over its back. The beast skin was coloured red. It had an armour that was black and the armour was on its back and that where the spikes came from.

"Rarr" the beasts roared and kept running towards Them. James was the first to attack the beasts, he sent out his fist and with it a blue energy came out of his fist. The blue energy came out of his right fist and it hit one of the beast on its face. Black blood could be seen dripping from the beasts face.

The other beasts seeing this charged further more aggressively. James on the other hand, sent more of his blue energy against them. The blue energy were just blue auras that were very hot and immediately they hit the beasts. Black blood would start dripping from that place.

James was confused as to why Getrax stood there.

"won't you join me in this fight!" James shouted at Getrax in frustration. James could clearly see that his powers did not kill them, it only injured them; maybe more hit could kill them.

"I can't fight, unless i have my weapon with me" Getrax replied.

James did not bother replying he just focused and kept on sending his blue aura one after the other.

James was now seeing that his blue aura was coming to no avail. His blue energy was useless against this amount of beasts. The other also saw this and started running backwards at full speed. Getrax with his super human strength Carried both the beautiful lady and The Little Boy and ran as fast as he could.

Although the beasts were large in size, they weren't that fast.

"Why the hell are we running?, just try to increase the heat of our body and we would be able to defeat those beasts" Edmund commanded.

"You talk too much, why don't you take control of the body" James replied angrily as he was still running.

"Is that your wish?" Edmund said.

"Yes i want you to take control of the body right now" James said it and he actually intended it.

"I wish i knew how to do that" Edmund also replied.

With the two of them consenting about who would take control of the body, their consciousness were switched. James could no longer feel the body, but was conscious; Edmund was now in control.

"Wow!" Edmund said to James and also shouted out loud. "We did it, we finally know how to switch" He said this remaining part in his head, so that James could be the one to only hear him.

"Yes, we finally did it" James said. Edmund then smiled.

Edmund immediately stopped running as he was attempting to prove to James that he understood their body more than them. Edmund turned backwards facing the beasts.

"Rarr" Edmund shouted as he flew towards them. Getrax paused and looked behind him and when he saw James flying he was surprised.

Edmund was able to use the temperature of the planet to his favour. The planet was naturally hotter than Earth, so it was easy for him to absorb the planets heats and redirect it to fuel his blue energy and fly.

Edmund was now entirely covered with that blue energy and his body was very hot.

BANG***BANG***BANG***

Some of the Beasts could be seen falling to the floor. Those beasts were dead as one could see they no longer moved. Their black blood was now on the floor.

Edmund had sent out his blue aura from both his right hand and left hand, with the amount of heat from the planet and the blue energy around him. His blue aura was hotter, faster and more sharp than the ones he had done earlier and when it made impact with the beast, it had sliced them into two on the spot.

The blue aura was able to hit around twenty seven beats leaving twenty two alive. The twenty two seeing this started shaking as fear gripped them. They ran backwards at full speed because of fear. Edmund seeing this found it exciting and chased them and when he sent out his blue aura a second time. It was stopped by something.

When Edmund looked at what had stopped his weapon, he could see nothing but a shield, the shield was rectangular in shape and it had stretched to the length of his blue energy and stopped it mid air.

His blue energy did not burn or tear the shield, but instead the blue energy shattered into the air leaving no single mark on the shield.

He looked at the shield at amazement because he could not see any person there and then the shield started moving to a different direction at a fast speed, and it went to the hands of another person. It looked like the ability of telekinesis was just performed on the shield.

"What the hell are you doing, attacking my Terrox?" The person Shouted.
