Ring
I heard voices a bit far away. I woke up because it was practically impossible for me to stay asleep. I shifted in bed and felt my friend's hand and a leg on my body, as usual of her. I managed to slip out of bed without waking her. I took off my forehead patch, it was cold, and the sky was cloudy. It looked like it would rain later. I took my mobile phone and saw the time. It was almost eight in the morning. I looked out the door and saw that my friends were talking.
- What's going on? - I approached, scratching my arm.
-Did we wake you up? - Alex asked, coming closer to me to put his hand on my forehead.
- You look better. -
- We were talking about Isaac is coming to give us some information about the ring. We were going to see if we woke them up or not, but you beat us to it. - Matthew smiled, and I did the same.
- Let's let Ash get some more sleep. - I suggested quietly. My friends nodded, and we went down to the kitchen to get something to eat.
