---LOUIS---
As I left the room, I saw some documents lying in the hallway. Sasha was leaning against the wall, I saw that she was going to pick them up, but they were hard to bend down.
-Don't move! I'll pick them up. - I said as I quickly picked them up and then looked at her. I could see from her face that she was in pain. I averted my gaze to his ankle, which was slightly swollen and reddened. I gave her the documents and then took her foot. - Does it hurt? - She shook her head, turned her foot slightly, and she groaned. - Let's go to my office. I need the company doctor to check you.
-It's not necessary. In a few minutes, I'll be better. - Sasha said as she tried to walk. I could see that her foot was hurting, so I went over to her to see what was wrong.
- Are you ok? What happened? -
-I have a cramp in my foot. - She pointed to her leg and tried to rub it. Sasha was a bit stubborn but so adorable. I couldn't help but smile.
-Let me help you. - I bent down to massage Sasha's foot, but when I saw that she was wearing a slightly short dress, I got nervous and stood up immediately. I took off my jacket and put it on her hip to cover her legs a bit.
She tried to say something to me, but I quickly carried her to my office to be attended by Jonathan. As I passed by my employees' desks, I saw them murmuring and looking at Sasha with a lot of curiosity.
-It's Ok! I can walk, just let me sit down, and it will be a while. - She tried to get down, so I looked at her to stop her from doing it and not to move so that the cramp would not become more intense.
-Call Dr Jonathan! - I said to prevent gossip from invading my office and so she wouldn't feel uncomfortable.
-Mr. Louis, you don't need to call someone.- She said as she hid her face in my chest.
-I'm not that old, tell me, Louis. Besides, I'm not going to let you go. - I didn't want that her talk to me as if we were strangers. Besides, I was not an old man.
I walked a little further and opened the door to my office. Sasha was very light. I could move around without difficulty. As soon as we walked in, she saw all the nooks and crannies of my office. I was a little amused to see her. Sasha was like a puppy coming to a new place.
I left her sitting on one of the armchairs I had and went to the room I had inside my office. I usually used it to sleep in if I didn't finish my work or didn't want to go home since I was always alone, except for those who worked for me, but they would no longer be with me. I grabbed a blanket, which was on one of the pieces of furniture in the room, and hurried out when I heard a little cry from her. I found her lying on the couch, trying to rub her leg. I walked over to her and put the blanket in her lap.
-Don't move! The pain will get more intense. - I knelt as I looked at him and unbuttoned the sleeves of my shirt. -I give you a massage, and the pain will go away. - I placed my hands on her leg so I could relieve the cramp.
For some reason, I felt nervous and avoided looking at her legs. Why was I helping her if I didn't know her well? Why did I want to take care of her? Thousands of questions tormented my mind for a few minutes until I felt her watching me.
-Stop looking at me like that. - I said as I continued to do my work.
-I didn't do it. -
- Are you better? - I asked her when I saw that she was a little nervous. Maybe I wasn't the only one feeling strange. I smiled to reassure her, but she ignored me and turned her head away.
-Don't ignore me! Is this how you repay the one who helped you? - I said, trying to get some of her attention.
-No, it's not that. It's just that you make me nervous. It's just that you and I met not long ago, and we only met twice. Today I saw you again, and I found out who you were, and you're practically my boss, so I don't know how to treat you.-
- So you don't know how to treat me. - I said to start a pleasant conversation, but I couldn't stand up. Sasha saw that I was in trouble, so she took my hands and helped me to sit up. Her hands were warm and so soft. I unintentionally observed how her hands clung to mine. My heart was beating fast. After a few seconds, we let go of each other's hands and settled on the couch.
-Treat me as someone close to you, but not as a friend or an acquaintance. - I wanted to be sincere and transparent with my ideas, but apparently, she did not understand me. I was going to explain what I said, but my sister came into the room. I got up to greet her and scold her for her manners, but as usual, she went ahead.
-I missed you so much! - My sister said as she hugged me and kissed my face. She had missed me quite a lot. I reciprocated her hug and waited for her to calm down.
Seconds later, she finally let go of me. I saw that Sasha was about to leave. I wanted to stop her, but
-Louis, the reason you were not answering me and ignoring me was that you already have someone to talk to you? - She said while acting like a little girl. Sasha just shook her head and saw her a little scared. I decided to reprimand my little sister.
-Mind your manners! How are you supposed to work for me if you don't know how to behave? - Joseph and she were very similar. That's why they always fought and used me as a referee to solve their problems.
-But I didn't mean to be rude, I'm sorry.-
-It's all right. Uh, I'll be working for Louis, and -
- Really? I'm sorry for what I said just now. I'm sorry for what I said a few moments ago. He hasn't had time for me. Whenever I come to see him, he's not here, or he doesn't attend to me. And since I had some free time today, I thought I'd surprise him, so I went into his office without knocking and found you two very close together.
- When I saw the look on Sasha's face, I understood that my sister had misunderstood everything.
-No. It's a misunderstanding of what you saw. Louis helped me because I sprained my ankle, and then I got a cramp, so he took care of me. We are nothing. - I felt disappointed after hearing Sasha's words.
-Oh, are you feeling better now? - When Sasha clarified, Isabella tried to be kind. Well, she was always considerate of others.
-Yes, it was just a slight sprain. I told Louis she would be fine, but he wouldn't let me go. - I wouldn't let her leave in that state without first checking her properly.
-That's good! But, are you telling me that this piece of iceberg took care of you and didn't let you go?
- My sister's words annoyed me. How did I look like a piece of an iceberg? I stared at her. I was somewhat offended by her comparison. My sister looked at me unconcerned.
- What? I was only telling the truth. - I was praying that things wouldn't get more complicated if my brother and Sebastian showed up.
