Unraveled!

#212 had his claws ready to plumet at the abominable Coatyl from above, despite their obvious difference in strength #212 had an inkling that death wouldn't touch him this time either.

Jade and yellow flames swirled in its translucent worm like body, eager to set the entire moonlit sky on fire, but little did it know, the entity that stood proudly with her wire spear in her hand was the queen of the flames,

Aatish stood still infront it, she did not stutter or backed off even an inch, The flames crawled their up to the abomination's neck and just when it was about to spit them out, It convulsed in the sky, its entire long wormish neck turning in agony as the flames leaked from its maw above towards the moon, and then it fell to the ground.

A subtle smirk enriched Aatish's lips.

She turned away from the gigantic monstrosity, facing directly at the flock of birds of preys. All equipped with armor to the brim, #212 hovering at the lead. Then matched her eyes with #212's, dying flames of the falling monstrosity reflecting in his irises.

"What.. happened" he asked, fearing that Aatish might've taken care of it but he had never known her to be that fast.

The abomination fell onto the ground, several herds of creatures had already noticed it and had cleared the way.

"Nothing much, we have just liberated Shomaal" Aatish replied, her answer echoed throughout the entire crowd and not a single one uttered a sound.

"What do you mean, liberated?" asked #212, a few of his soldiers flying besides him.

"I mean the last sovereign is dead aswell, i mean that Queen Golden has answered the plea."

#212 hovered in complete shock, and then a tear filled his eyes.

Ever since he was born he had been hunted, his companions had been hunted throughout the entire sehra, the realization of the term 'liberation' slowly encompassed his mind,

His slow denial and disbelief gradually changed into hope and acceptance,

'Qatan.... I wish you were here to see this' He thought to himself, as another tear fell to the ground.

Then the entire sky was filled with a cacophony of jeers and celebrations.

The beast fell near Amawas, who laid against a tree stump with her legs still paralyzed, she had wide smile on her lips, it was the first time she remembered herself smiling so openly.

A huge cloud of dust rose around her but the glimmer in her yellow eyes was still brighter, it pierced through, looking at the hovering Aatish.

Tonight had been the biggest victory so far in her entire life. Old times flashed through her mind, just some weeks ago she had been severely injured, and was on the brink of dying somewhere alone with no-one to look up to or call for help.

And then she had found her sister, and by her sister a whole new family in the grove.

She remembered the tears and the wish some part of her had made back then, laying half dead and looking up at the night sky.

It had absolutely come true.

'I hope you're right about this Shahrukh Bhai' She thought to herself, her mind wandering back to the time when the plot had been devised, the plot to kindap a sovereign.

Some weeks ago before the team had left for the mission.

Queen Golden had summoned Amawas to the lair of the great serpent Salazaar.

Amawas felt extremely reluctant to go at first, crimson death did not approve of her being. He had tried to hunt her on various occassions aswell, all just to obtain the second half of the slither-core.

But the Queen had shown Amawas leniency, she had asked the team to trust in her, something warm and colorful had already sprouted in her chest and foolishly enough, she had begin listening to it.

Amawas attended the meeting, surrounded by a thousand serpent guards most looking menacing and different from each other, and amidst them was the towering Crimson death itself.

Queen Golden stood valiantly, her brilliant aura clearing away the deep embedded gloominess of RaatGarh. She had brought two other beings besides her.

Haniya and the crow.

When Amawas had reached, they had already conversed on something and the Crimson death actually welcomed her warmly.

"Amawas," Queen Golden said.

"What we are about to tell you is extremely confidant, you will not talk about it, except only to those who are the closest to you, Hira will know if you do"

Amawas nodded affirmatively

"Just today, someone unexpected sent me a markless Latifkat. In it, it was written that the person wishes the free societies well and is together in the fight for liberation with them, and that he had crippled Adaawat the sovereign in a confrontation somewhere in the Shargh, at the end of the glider he had attached a location with a peculiar request" Queen Golden spoke,

"What.. peculiar Request?" Amawas asked.

The crimson death spoke.

"Make an ingressnake"

She did as told.

The crimson death then lowered down and touched the tiny little ingressnake.

"He asked me to send an ingressnake with two behroopiya figures inside its mouth, to the location, the ingressnake must be infused with the complete slither core, and he said that Amawas, mentioning you by your name, would take care of the rest" The Queen spoke,

Amawas hadn't understood anything back then but after meeting her brother in the Khandaq, all the pieces had fallen together.

The tiny ingressnake had already been placed around the cave that led to the gateway and had slithered inside without being noticed, when Adaawat had summoned the gate to be opened.

Due to it being infused with the complete essence of slither-core, Amawas could open an ingress from any part of the world despite of the state she would be in.

And finally tonight, she had successfully dropped a sovereign right in the middle of one of the most valuable meetings of entire Shomaal.

She felt satisfied and deeply content

Thousands of kilometres away, somewhere in the dense and unforgiving forest. Shahrukh walked forward to the edge of the gateway to meet his old nemesis Kehkashaan.

Roop walked beside him, and just before they stepped onto the gateway, Shahrukh turned around and simply started walking the other way.

"On the second thought, roop, I dont feel like meeting kehkashaan right now. Will you give him my best regards please?" Shahrukh said, Roop looked at him confused and In less than a millisecond, hundreds of ribbons, each sharper than the sharpest blade, struck where Shahrukh was standing.

But he had disappeared.

"I have your staff Shahrukh!" Roop shouted.

"Oh that old thing, its just a walking stick Roop" Shahrukh's voice echoed in the hall and then it vanished completely.

"How could he, disobey you, for the second time, you useless scu-" Roop struck at the still figure of Adaawat who was not responding, her ribbons passed through his deformed jaw and tore through it,

Roop looked at her left at the coatyl and saw it crumbling into the shadows and darkness,

Her lips contorted into a subtle smile as her eyes kept wide open in disbelief.

The entire hall had become a silent witness to an unimaginable defeat the sovereigns had experienced, there was no sound coming from anywhere in the hall, only a lonely Roop standing before the ashes.

She turned around and stepped into the gateway.

'I hope he listens to me this time' Roop thought to herself before completely disappearing in the darkness of the gate.

Zar-e-zameen, the Dark Queen of the grove, emerged from the tent, soaring high into the air. Her grandeur eclipsed even the brilliance of the moon. A deep, suffused light emanated from her violet tail as the night gracefully curled around her wings.

She rose until the whole grove was directly under her gaze and then something inexplicable happened. Suddenly every creature attending the feast, all the natives, every single being of the grove looked up at the sky in sync, completely forgetting the chaos they had embedded themselves in for a moment.

Where there was a stampede happening in various sections of the grove, now everything stilled.

The Dark Queen spoke, her voice authoritatively commanding the spirits directly.

"You all will calm yourselves. Noone is going to hurt you,"

The creatures obeyed. She was the Queen of the grove and all the creatures were hers to command. She then descended and took her spot near her friend in the meeting.

"Thankyou" Said Queen Golden.

"No problem" she replied.

The king of cloudflouds tried to convey something, butsince his neck was too long, he couldn't actually see what was happening under their canopy.

So he was appointed an assistant who would fly up and down carrying messages.

The assistant did an amazing job, mimicking even the slightest accent and moods of his words.

"What do you want from us Golden?" the assistant asked, in cloudfloud's accent.

"Pardon me, for not being clear with my words," she said.

"I want to rectify the mistake of our ancestors when they fell to weakness and greed did not stand against the tyrany as they should have. I want us all to take a united stand against any possible retaliation that might present itself in the future, and defend our home planet together as we should. "

"What guarantee do you've that they're not already planning a strike on the grove right now?" The assistant said and took a pause then continued

"So what you killed the two that ruled over shomaal, they were the weakest among them all. What guarantee do you've that kehkashaan wont retaliate and butcher us all right now,"

"I can't give any guarantees my lord, But you should not worry about kehkashaan, he is going to be occupied for a while with someone else, what i do have a strong hunch about is that they're not as united as you all take them to be," The Queen replied,

The assistant didn't say anything further.

It was Salazaar, the crimson death, who spoke.

"You're delusional" he said, his words striking like fast killing poison to already faltering attempt of unification that Queen Golden had presented.

Then he continued after a small pause.

"But you did defeat one of them right infront of our eyes, I wouldn't want anything else as a proof to your strength" he said as he looked up at everyone.

"I agree with Golden, this is our planet, the harsh duty of protecting it have fallen upon us, we should make a coalition force" Upon these few words the Queen regained a spark of confidence.

She thanked Salazaar and spoke

"I dont demand an immediate answer, right now my sires. You can head back and consult within yourselves. Just know that if you decide to still bet on those tyrants despite seeing what occurred here. we will be your enemy. If you choose to stay neutral we will appreciate that aswell. And if you decide to help us in our fight, that will be indeed the most righteous decision"

The Queen then settled back comfortably on her cushion and waved at some of the by-standing servants to take the carcass away.

"I agree aswell..." The Queen of Luminaars spoke, her voice sounded like a melody to ears.

The Gloomchimmer king stayed Queit, his eyes still fixated on the artefact infront of him, he hadn't dismissed it yet.

"We owe a great debt to you my Queen," He said

"And we pledge allegiance to your decisions,"

Queen Golden subtly smiled at that.

There were still six more left who hadn't said anything yet but the Queen didn't press further, after that the hall was quickly cleared and the feast began.
