The Ghost.

It was kinda scary to see the soul of the death people from seven years old to which I always get frightened of them. Their faces were scary, bloody and always comes to me. When they comes near me I always run towards my cousin brother who was fifteen years old back then.

But, after 4 years or 5, I got used to seeing the ghost. Most people think I am psycho or abnormal, but my cousin brother Hoseok and my best friend Yong-Byeol believes me. My other families too believes to which I think I am blessed with these people around me.

"Minjae-ah!! Come on let's go!!" Yong-Byeol comes running towards me. I really like her for being cheerful like my cousin. Whenever I am feeling scared or hurt two of them always makes me feel better.

"Hi! Did you eat breakfast by the way?" She nods her head so I went towards my cousin to bid goodbye before going school.

"Study well, Min! I don't know if I will come late or not today because of some work." I hugged him so, that he could feel better. Two of us had grown up but still had a little child's behaviour.

"Don't worry, Hobi! I'll be fine on my own," He smiled at me before I went to school with Yong-Byeol.

"So... how is life going?" I knew what she meant so I responded, "It's normal but, nowadays I see few of them."

She smiled at me to which I did the same to her. Two of us talked a lot about how we've been and funny things.

Two of us walked inside our class and sat on our chair. I was her seat mate so, i don't worry much. But if it was other students, they don't even dare to sit next to me which I feel sad about it. Having Yong as my childhood friend is something I'm truly blessed!

The bell rang to which we stayed ready with the textbook in front of us.

After what seems like whole day, it was time to go home. Before I could go, our class teacher Lee Aeri told me to take the assignment books to the staff room. Yong and I carried the books up the stairs to the teacher's staff room.

Keeping the books on our class teacher's desk, two of us walked outside from the staff room.

While I was talking with Yong I heard a piano playing inside music room. It was a beautiful piece of music. So, i asked Yong, if she heard the piano playing but she shook her head.

"Don't lie Yong. I think you heard the piano playing."

"Nope. I am telling you the truth Min."

I was white as ghost after hearing her respond.

"Let's go inside the music room and see if there is anyone."

"Okay."

I walked towards the door to the music room and peeked inside from the window of the door, but could not see who was playing the piano so, I opened the door.

"You could hear that, right?"

She still shakes her head again. I went towards the piano to see a young man playing the piano.

"You play the piano so wonderfully!"

He turns to me only to widen his eyes in surprise. Yong who was beside me shakes my arm asking who I was talking to.

"You c... can see m... me?"

Then I knew why Yong cannot see or hear anything.

He was... Ghost!

I was still rooted in the floor not knowing what to do. But Yong pulls grabbing my arm running outside from the music room before he could walk towards us.

Huff... Puff...

"Did you just... see a..."

"Yes!!! But he was not scary as I thought!"

Yong had a questioning look to which I explained how he looked. He had a blond hair, doe eyes, and was...

Handsome?

"Did you saw him handsome?"

"That's what I also thought! I always see them scary and bloody but him... he's different."

I said it. She sharply exhaled an air and looks at me with a serious look.

"Okay... Let's forget about what just happened and let's talk about our happy memories, okay?"

I nodded my head agreeing with her. I have to forget about what just happened or I'll be thinking about it a lot only leading to a headache.

I bid goodbye to Yong before we took another path to our home.

Reaching in front of my house, I punched the code to open the door. I went inside quickly inside my room which was downstairs near the living room.

I threw my bag on the floor, laying myself on the bed.

It was scary to see a ghost again but remembering how the ghost spoke just made me confuse.

He was stuttering while talking to me.

"I shouldn't be thinking about it too much."

I stood up from my bed to take bath.

The time was nearly getting 10 pm. I was waiting for him to come. Just a gas I was thinking about him he came home. I was very happy that he came home safe.

"Hobi-ah!! How was your day?"

He threw himself on the sofa before he respond, "It was tiring! But still I need to earn money for our living."

I sat opposite to him smiling while caressing his hair. Well... I do love him like my own older brother! Two of us live by ourself in this house because his parents live in United States.

His parents did told him to come with them but, he loved being here and working, so it was just two of us. He works in a cafe' where most of the people visits. He always comes home exhausted but still in a happy mood.

"I will also help you,when I finish graduating the high school this year."

He chuckled at my respond to which I frowned. Seeing me frowning, he sits up from the sleeping position patting my head.

"I know you will, Min Min. Come here!"

I sat beside him while he hugs me warmly which I loved it.

"I'm looking forward to you, so do study well, okay?" I hummed in respond to which he ruffled my hair messily which I showed him an angry face at his behavior.

Two of us laughed at our own behavior.

"Let's eat oppa! It is getting late."

"Okay!"
