Upon hearing the gunshots, Will Astir bolted into the building without hesitation.

Seeing Secretary Astir rush in, everyone else quickly followed suit, including a corpulent Albert Coll, who risked his life to keep up.

Within a few strides, Will Astir reached Yetta Astir and upon seeing her unharmed, he finally breathed a sigh of relief. But he still couldn't keep his worries at bay and asked, "Are you all right, Yetta?"

Yetta shook her head and replied, "Dad, I am fine."

Will Astir finally managed to relax fully after hearing his daughter's words. Touching her shoulder fondly, he said, "Do you know the proudest moment of my life, Yetta? It's not becoming the vice secretary, but having you and your mom. I am grateful that you are alright, else I would have nothing left."
