My eyes closed down and my face felt numb, my voice came out below a whisper and seeing this another growl rumbled out of his chest and he loosened his grip a little only for me to breathe and answer his questions.
"How can I believe you that you're not lying and you did not come here to harm him?", he asked shaking my numb head to respond to him but my head hung lowly.
Taking deep breaths even though it hurts from the pressure he applied, it took me more than a minute to somewhat breathe properly, through hazy eyes I looked at him.
"You've seen… that I couldn't even protect myself from those rogues then how do you think that I'll be able to harm a man who is the strongest wolf and knows…", I coughed again, my throat was burning with every word that I said but I still continued.
