"Where is everyone?"

Abel was unaware of what was happening in his village. He decided to disobey his master's order and started going towards the village. He knew his master wouldn't like it but he knew his master was responsible enough to not forget such an important mission. As he was running towards the village, he felt that something was off and ran fasters towards his village with the Luminescent Bush.

"I hope everything is okay."

Once Abel was close to his village, he noticed that it was in a horrible state. Buildings, homes, and many things were destroyed. It was like someone had thrown a bomb in the middle of his home.

!?!?!

"No, no. This can't be."

Abel rushed towards his village and past many people grieving over their homes and even some of their loved ones. Abel then noticed Mark and his master standing beside a woman that was on the floor seemingly, lifeless.

"Master!, Mark!"

Abel ran as quickly as he could to meet up with them before he noticed the lifeless woman that was on the floor with her eyes closed and wounds on her body.

"...What..."

….

….

….

"Hello, what's your name?"

A woman who was young and had a pretty face looked at the boy who was all alone. He was new to the village and didn't know anything since a man had found him and brought him to the village. The boy was sitting in a field alone while kids in the distance played and laughed around.

"I'm.. Abel…"

The boy who was named Abel sheepishly responded.

"Haha, it's okay Abel, I won't bite. My name is Mary, but you can call me Sister Mary." The woman giggled and extended her hand to the boy before the boy gazed at her arm and then took it.

"Okay, thank you Sister Mary."

The boy seemed to warm up and smiled with shyness before Mary smiled back at him.

"What a sweet boy.' Mary thought to herself.

….

….

….

"What's wrong Abel?"

The woman looked at the upset Abel before approaching him.

"I don't have any friends." Abel responded with a sad expression on his face.

Mary then sat down with him and put on a fake sad face. "I'm not one of your friends? Hmph." Mary then crossed her arms and made a fake pouty face.

Abel laughed. "Haha, you are. It's just that I don't have anyone to play with."

Abel then looked at the kids who were playing and laughing together in the field.

"I understand you Abel, I was always quiet but I learned that making friends is easy. You just have to talk and get to people."

Mary smiled at Abel and then stood up and grabbed him before lifting him up.

"Come now, there's this boy I want you to meet. I'm sure you both will get along just fine."

She spoke to him before smiling at him with a smile that a mother would give to her son.

….

….

….

"Wow Abel, you're becoming stronger."

Mary congratulated Abel who had recently broken through the Body Connection Realm.

Abel smiled and then spoke. "Thank you Sister Mary. Master has been training me non stop but I earned a lot from it. I manage to break through and got stronger."

Abel was talking with Mary and had gotten close to her to the point where he would consider her to be a type of mother to him.

Although he had faint memory of his real mother, he was little and didn't remember much about her except that she was the one to give him the 'Seal' on his back.

Mary looked at Abel before she hugged him and then spoke to him. "You're going to grow strong and protect your Sister Mary, right?"

Abel was proud of his new found strength and was excited that he could do things he couldn't back then. "You bet I am!!"

Abel then flexed his arms then hugged Mary before they both laughed and sat down and ate.

….

….

….

Abel looked at the body of Mary who was on the floor, lifeless. She was the only one who would feed him, comfort, and look out for him. She was the only one whom he ever considered to be a mother for him. Everytime she would discipline, love, and take care of him, he would consider her as a mother more and more.

But the woman who he considered a mother was in front of him, without life.

"How…." Abel was staring at Mary and was asking himself how did it get to this point. Who was the one responsible for this, and who was the one who caused it. Abel then fell to his knees before he grabbed Mary's hands and put them on his chest.

"I'm so sorry Mary, if only I was stronger…" Abel had streaks of tears flowing down his face and was mourning the loss of the woman who he thought of as a mother.

"Abel, I'm sorry." Mark spoke to Abel, and although Mark had his parents. He was still connected to Mary and Abel in a close way. They had just experienced the loss of a loved one.

"She's gone now Abel" his master spoke. "There's nothing we can do."

"..."

"Why…."

Abel started talking to himself and questioning why out of all people, the woman who he considered a mother had to die.

"Why…."

Greg started to notice the change in Abel's Aura and in his character.

"Calm down, Abel." Greg started to attempt to calm Abel down before he started noticing a change in Abel's energy.

Abel's Aura suddenly became huge and started to consume him. His power was increasing and so was his Aura.

Abel's Aura was a dark purple with gold specks around it. His face was extremely grieved and his 'Seal' started protruding powerful energy.

"They will pay for what they did." Abel spoke with a calm but threatening voice.

!?!?

"Abel! Stop now!"

Greg shouted at Abel whose power was increasing immensely which was affecting the surroundings. His power was surpassing the boundaries of the Mind Connection Realm and was shooting its way up to Soul Connection Realm then it shot up to the Master Realm.

Greg started to fear that his body would explode due to the immense power, it wouldn't be long before his power would surpass his. So he had to act quickly.

Abel's power kept increasing and his body was consumed in his Aura. Greg couldn't make out what was going on but he knew that Abel's body wouldn't be able to handle such power.

"They will pay!"

Abel's booming voice was heard around the village and his power erupted.

The only figure that could be made out was Abel's figure, but it was consumed in his rage and Aura that was dark purple with tinges of gold, and black.

"I'LL MAKE THEM PAY!"

"Stop Abel!"

Swoosh!

Pwat!

Greg threw a chop at Abels neck before he grabbed his unconscious body before it hit the ground.

"What is with this kid. His power was increasing immensely. I need to find out more about this."

Greg calmed down before he got up and looked around the village that was in ruins. "Right now is not the time Abel. There are things that need ti be taken care of."

Greg then took Abel's body and laid him on a bed before he started taking care of the village that was in a mess.

….

….

….

After being asleep for many days, Abel awoke and was thinking to himself what had happened when his outburst occurred. "Was that me?"

Abel was by himself and he was trying to remember the events that happened before was knocked unconscious. After thinking and sorting his mind for a while, he was hit with the memory of Mary.

"Mary..."

Abel was grieved at the loss of Mary and was by himself and extremely saddened by what had happened.

"Why.."

After weeping for a while. He got out of bed and went to the village that was being cleaned up and organized again.

"Abel!"

Abel saw Mark running towards him before he spoke."Mark? What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with your parents?'

Abel was confused at why Mark was there since there was currently a huge mess in the village and everyone was busy evacuating.

"I came to see my friend… How are you feeling?"

Abel was pleased to find out that Mark had come to check up on him. Not good, but better."

Mark noticed the way Abel was and simply just tried his best to not remind him of what had happened "Yea.."

There was an awkward silence before Mark went and hugged Abel.

"Everything will be okay bro. Just keep fighting."

Abel then wept in his friend's arms before going to check out the village.
