Chapter 6

I jolted awake. Damn I can't sleep without my mate. I miss her so much.

"Sigh."

I have to find her as soon as possible. I walked into the dinning room.

"Alpha we still have no idea where she is we are so very sorry."

"Do you have any idea what happened to her?"

"Alpha, we are sorry to say this but we think Luna might be dead."

"If she's dead then why hasn't my wolf felt it yet?"

"I don't know Sir, maybe it's a good thing that you can't feel it because there are some of us here that would wish to not feel the pain of our mate being gone."

"She can't be dead not until I see for myself."

"Sir we have looked everywhere high and low but there's a one hundred percent chance that she is no longer with us."

"I understand."

I stood up from the dining table and walked away to my office.

"Dammit this can't be true she can't be gone."

I threw everything off my desk and tears started to fall down my face. I wish you would come home even if it meant I would see just a dead body. Why do you have to be gone? I miss you so much my love please come home.

I was shaken awake.

"What happened?" "What's going on?

"Sigh I thought you were dead."

"Why would I be dead?"

"You have been asleep for three days."

"Really." "It's not the first time just between you and me the reason why this happens to me is because I heal that way."

"Really?" "Well that's good." "Wait does that mean we can get out of here?"

"Yes but don't tell Alpha we have to pretend that I am still hurt and when we get the chance to get everyone together and leave."

"I understand."

"Knock." "How is she?" "Is she finally awake?"

"Yes Alpha."

"That's good." "How are you feeling?" "By the looks of you, you look a lot better."

"I don't know yet I haven't done anything, I just woke up." "Charlotte can you help me walk to the restroom."

"No try it by yourself." "Let's see if you can."

"Are you going to be okay Chloe?"

I have an idea: don't worry.

"I am fine thank you like he said I have to try."

I got out of bed and when I took the first step I fell to the floor. I can tell Charlotte wants to laugh. Please don't laugh, you are going to make me laugh.

"Well I guess I am still weak."

"Let me help you back up."

We walked to the bathroom and locked the door behind us.

"Okay, my plan is in action." "My plan is to get everyone by the front door and when Alpha is gone then we will make a run for it."

"Sounds like a plan to me." "I will send a message with my power." "We are good to go."

"I will pretend to be even sicker by making vomiting noise."

We started to get the plan started.

"Cough."

"What's going on in there."

"Alpha she is not feeling too well she is very sick right now you should go she doesn't want you to see her like this."

"Damn why is she always sick?" "Well, okay let me know when she gets better."

"He's gone."

"Good."

We walked out of the room and started to run to the front door.

"Ready yourselves we are going to make a break for it."

I watched as they all spread their wings.

"Are we in the sky?"

"Yes but don't worry you can ride with me."

Charlotte grabbed me as the doors opened and we all flew out. I looked around and the view was so beautiful.

"Wow I love the view."

"You will not get away I promise all of you."

"Plan B do any of you have powers to distract him and the people that are on his side?"

"Yes I do, I will freeze them."

I watched as they were frozen.

"Haha that's so cool." "Now my pack is the biggest house right there I see it."

We landed right in front of the house.

"Growl."

"Stand down."

"Whimper."

"Come on, you are all welcome here make yourself at home just don't be mean or anything like that we have a lot of space so just be good and we will find you your own land to live on."

"Thank you so much Chloe."

I walked inside with whispers all around me.

"Enough what is going on here?" "Where is my mate?"

No one said anything about what's going on here. I don't understand. I walked into our bedroom but it was just a mess. I hope my mate is alright. I ran to his office where I found him crying. It hurts me to see my love hurt.

"What's wrong?"

I walked over to him.

"My mate, everyone is saying she is dead because there is no trace of her anywhere on land. I miss her so much and if she is really dead why doesn't my wolf say something to me?"

That bastard Alpha Vampire is going to die. He just stepped off the line again to make everyone think I am dead.

"Honey it's me I am back I am not dead I am alive and I missed you so much too."

What did she just say? I jumped up to look at her.

"Your back?"

I hugged her tight.

"I can't believe you're alive." "I am the happiest man alive."

"I promised you I would come back home and that reminds me we have a blood family now with a big group of Vampires."

"What really?" "That's great."

"I also have bad news the Alpha Vampire is coming this way we are going to have to go to war but one thing is for sure I want his head he has crossed the line way to many times."

I held Matthew's hand. I thought I would never get to do this again. We walked outside to see our blood family arguing with the pack.

"Enough what is going on here?"

"Sorry Alpha we thought they were trespassing."

"What I just told you to stand down not too long ago and yet you are both arguing from today on we are all family."

"Now that we got that out of the way there is a bigger problem we are going to have to go to war the Alpha Vampire is on his way so let's get this over with and come back to our families."

We all shifted into our wolf forms well I didn't but everyone else did I hoped on Matthew's back.

"I love you baby."

We got to the beach to see Alpha Vampire and his group of men.

"We will help you out if you leave your Alpha." "He is evil but we can all become a family if you trust us."

"Don't listen to her she just stole your family."

"No she didn't." "She helped us become free." "We are here right now to help her become free as well."

"So what do you say, will you join us or do we have to kill all of you?"

I watch as they all start walking over to our side. This is a good thing.

"Alpha of the Vampires do you agree to retreat and never come back or do I have to kill you myself?"

"Alpha of the Vampires will never back down on a fight especially one that I know I will win so I Alpha will fight you Luna until one of us dies."

"I Luna will fight until one of us dies."

I got off of Matthew.

"Whimper."

"I will be fine I promise."

Now how am I going to change into my wolf? I was thrown to the ground. I got up and shifted, I guess that is how. Bring it on?

"Growl."

We fought for a long time.

"Have you had enough?"

I can tell he is starting to tire out. I have one more thing up my sleeve.

"Growl."

I multiplied myself around him.

"What the hell."

All of myself attacked him until he was dead.

"Howl!" "Pant."

Not again. I shifted into a human and fell on the ground.

I shifted back into my human form, grabbed my clothes and ran over to Chloe. I put my jacket over her.

"I am here."

She blacked out. I put my clothes on.

"I will bring her home." "Someone please burn that bastard so he won't come back."
