Training and Naruto
Lei dashed and tilted his head as a kunai flew past his ear. He approached his enemy without slowing down and aimed an elbow towards his stomach. His opponent barely dodged the blow by jumping to the right but Lei turned his momentum to the left where he planted his arm and sent his heel to his enemy.
"And... Lei wins this one" Their teacher, Miruka held Lei's foot a few inches away from the other boy with one hand and announced the result of the fight.
Lei and his sparring partner, performed the Seal of Reconciliation. They were the last two who won through the other students by defeating them but Lei found the whole match easy. Although he wasn't quite at the level of a Genin, Lei did get stronger quite a bit through the past few weeks. To the point where he was far stronger than most students here. Granted, his class was mostly filled with civilian kids but the few clan kids here weren't much either.
It was probably because the academy's only been teaching normal education for the first weeks, Lei naturally didn't like that as they taught something even elementary kids knew from earth. It was only recently that they started on the basics skills of a Shinobi. And thanks to his Weapon Mastery, Lei managed to get good scores with the kunais and shurikens despite his first time handling it.
At that time, a flow of experience rushed to his body and mind, which felt like he had gone through years of basic handling of the weapon.
With his advantages, Lei excelled at everything they did so far. At this point, he might actually graduate after one year. If he remembered right the exam was split into written and practical. He had to learn Transformation, Clone technique and Substitution for the practical, he didn't have any trouble with that as his chakra control was already abnormally high and his chakra capacity has been increasing with the rise of his stats. There were also no problem for the written exam as it was only about the history Konoha and the important figures of the Shinobi world. As someone who's watched the series into end, of course he would be alright.
With all that was going on in the academy, Lei didn't find his progress adequate so he kept going to the training grounds and the library after final classes. It was also during this time that he found something interesting in the store: ID Create.
Lei ran into it when he was casually browsing through the recommended page and instantly brought it when he found that it was worth exactly 100 points. He was planning to try it out after after this class ended so he was excited.
But besides all that-
"Lei! How was school today? Do you wanna hang out again today?"
He's got himself acquainted with a certain blond haired boy.
"Today was okayy, how about you?" Lei responds with a wide smile, knowing full well he probably didn't have a good day after hearing about him and Sasuke squirreling from other students.
And that seems to keep Naruto going as words after words of complaints about Sasuke flowed out of Naruto.
Lei has been actively interacting with Naruto for the past few days and now they got along pretty well. Not that it was exactly hard with Naruto's outgoing personality.
They usually hang out after school before Lei went training but he wanted to try his new skill today.
"Uhh, I'm sorry Naruto. I have to do something after this"
"Aww" Naruto deflated at this, he was usually alone except for the occasions where he played with Choji and Shikamaru but ever since he befriended Lei, they always messed around every day.
Lei couldn't help but smile mischievously. "Is my big bro Naruto feeling lonely now?"
"As if!" Naruto shouted red faced.
Lei let out a tiny laugh and patted Naruto "Don't worry~ We can play around tomorrow as long as you want"
"Really?" Naruto's eyes blue eyes brightened and asked excitedly
"Yup" Lei could only chuckle at Naruto's excitement.
Meanwhile, a teacher at the side couldn't help but sweat drop at Naruto who was being pet like a puppy by an overly innocent looking younger Lei.

Lei trained on his usual spot. He was doing an exercise he used to raise his STR, AGI and END. He's been having to raise the intensity lately so he was planning on buying some weight seals. Not only to use it for training but to study Fuinjutsu. Out of the many characters of the Naruto series, Lei has always found Minato to be the coolest with his Hiraishin so he was eager to learn it as well so he can be as cool. Of course, it wasn't just because of that but because almost everyone who used Fuinjutsu at high levels was powerful, like tsunade with her Yin Seal, Jiraya, Kushina and of course Minato. It was the only reason he was still going to the library despite reading through most books. He didn't have access to the higher leveled ones, but the basics did for now.
Speaking of training, Lei's also dived into shuriken and kunai throwing. His progress was incredible, as he could now throw his projectiles with great speed towards fast moving targets. He'd like to brag it was natural talent but he knew it was all thanks to his Weapon Mastery.
Lei took a rest under a tree as he ended today's training. It was about time to try his new skill;
"ID Create: 2nd floor"
With those two words, a web starting from Lei expanded outwards. The very air itself seem to crack before shattering into pieces, as if reality were made of glass.
The setting sun that was present a moment ago disappeared and was replaced with the a bloody moon. It lit a shade of red into everything underneath it, bringing an ominous feeling to whoever was exposed. Lei certainly felt scared.
He knew what he was in right now. The skills stated that there were ten floors and that the time inside was 1:1 from the outside. He could also enter from one point and exit to another point, of course there was a limit as the skill couldn't completely generate the whole world. It was closer to 1.5x the size of Konoha. As for the floors, he only had access to the first 2 floors at lvl 1.
The first floor was an exact replica of the world around him without any monsters, but not everything from it was intractable. Books would have no words, TV's would have no signals and weapons would crumble into dust. It was essentially used to train or test out skills. The following floors contained monsters and Lei was starting from the second floor. A world full of zombies.
Lei jumped towards the roof of a house nearby using chakra enhanced legs. The skill wasn't as taxing anymore so he could use it more often.
There were a few zombies around him. To test the waters, Lei took a few shurikens and threw them straight into the brains of the unsuspecting zombies.

'Hmm... Ten points per kill... I could probably buy a nice swo- actually a Ninjato would fit more as a Shinobi' Lei thought and nodded to himself.
"For now, its time to farm some zombies" What was suppose to be an innocent smile turned into something terrifying under the illuminating red light of the moon. The zombies looked around confusedly as they suddenly felt a deep shiver.
Lei wiped out a total of 50 zombies and earned 550 before returning with ID escape. It was already night when Lei returned so he immediately left the training grounds and went home.
The next morning was a Saturday so he had some time to spare. He promised he would hang out with Naruto so he would meet with him later. For now, he would browse the store for a suitable Ninjato.
Lei settled with a wooden Ninjato worth 300 points. The store stated it would be able to last three years before breaking down, maintenance was still required but he was okay with it.
When Lei put it on his hand, a flow of experience integrated with his being as he closed his eyes in focus.
Lei ran his fingers through the metal blade and tested its sharpness, leaving him with a small slit where a drop of blood fell into the floor.
Lei took a deep breath as years worth of experience of methods to hold, angles to swing and when to attack with the Ninjato flashed through his mind rapidly.
With a satisfying breath out, Lei put the Ninjato inside its wooden scabbard and put it down. He was now familiar with the basics but he still had to practice it later in order to fully synchronize it to his physical fitness.
For now, Lei put on some casual clothes and headed out to his and Naruto's meeting spot, the one and only; Ichiraku Ramen.

"Slow down Naruto, the food isn't going anywhere. And Lei, here's some tissue" Teuchi's daughter, Ayame shook her head at the two boys as she prepared some more ramen for Naruto. Teuchi couldn't help but laugh at the two from the kitchen. Naruto has been a loyal customer of theirs for a few years now and was used to him but they didn't think he could bring another one as obsessed to ramen as him.
Lei wiped his mouth with the tissue as he smiled widely towards Teuchi and Ayame "Thanks for the food!"
For some reason Lei has been needing a lot more food compared to his previous life and found ramen especially delicious. He didn't know if it was because Naruto's accompany or his training but it was definitely worth spending his precious money on it. He was paying for both since he had to leave Naruto behind yesterday but after finding that he could earn money inside ID create, it wasn't as painful with their appetite.
Lei spent the rest of the day with Naruto. It was fun to play around like the child he was once in a while so he treasured times like these with his heart.
