While Maddie and Bram returned to their rooms to pack things up, Castelia sat on the steps and waited. She saw the message Maddie had only read without reply and stared at the door. "Could it be that Maddie won't forgive me?" Castelia mumbled, questioning why she hadn't replied to her message when the message Castelia had sent was definitely what Maddie wanted most of all.

Castelia was utterly alone at the moment. Without Joshua, without Castelia and even Bram. She looked at the house that made her lonely and looked back at the phone screen.

Day turned to night, and Castelia couldn't think of anything other than Maddie returning home. Her messages went unanswered and the sun was about to set as if to tell Castelia that Maddie had not forgiven her. Her hope had returned when she heard a sound at the door.
