chapter 7/Part 3: Wake up Ka Di Akman

Scene 24: at the beach

A man who is entrapped in the past becomes a pawn of many players!!! Ka Di wasted many years trying to find Lu Di and preparing to meet her!!! He is smart, keen and calm, but he constrained by the past.. he gets nervous, sad and acts foolishly when thinking about Lu Di…the only way for the old Ka Di to come back is to break these chains …the only one who can do this, is Lu Di herself…but…is it late?

On the seaside,

Ka Di and Amie walk side by side... after a short silence Ka Di initiates the talk: "why did you ask to talk with me if you are going to keep silent?"

Amie (acting surprised): weren't you the one who wanted to clarify things soon!?"

Ka Di: I have my ways!! Legal ones!! What shall I do now? Shall I fill a lawsuit to the police for spying on me!! I still have the evidence!

Amie: you're free! She takes some photos for Arrey spying on her!! Will this be enough to stop you from filling the lawsuit!! I feel sorry for Mr. Arrey to be jailed for being a stalker!!

Ka Di: how is this related to me!! He is acting all alone! And the one in the hpotos is not you!!

Amie (smiles): so you are the selfish kind!! To let someone who saved your life 12 years ago!! When you tried to suicide?

Ka Di surprised: ha…ow did …you know??

Amie: I have my ways too!!

Amie: c'mon!! Normally you should be prepared for all this!! Aren't you the legendary Akman?

She stopped walking!! And she, for the first time, looked deep in his eyes… her honey large eyes fixed him; he felt he couldn't move!!! Is this a threat!! Or!! She is pleading!!!She wants something!!! No!! What's this feeling!! What's this look!! Ka Di murmurs…

Amie when felt the confusion of Ka Di and his changed heartbeat… said in a cold voice: "Stop checking our backgrounds… No!! Stop checking my sister's!!

Ka Di remembers the words of Arrey "have you ever thought that Ms. Amie Bitt is not Ms. Lu Di?!

Ka Di: why is she so important to you?

Amie: why is Si Da important to you then?

Ka Di: they are my real family!

Amie: and so is Jay to me!

Ka Di: keeps silent for a while then says: even if you are not related by blood?!!!

Amie looks at him as if she is questioning "where did he know"!! It is not Arrey who told him, I am sure!!'' she added … But this is not important for her!!.. As far as the information is with hi,; Amie wouldn't mind she thought!!!

Amie: I lost my memory five yours ago in an accident!! I remember nothing and none!! When I woke up in the hospital, the first thing I saw is Jay's scared face and her tears running on her cheeks!! And my worried mom… she didn't cry or say anything!! Her eyes were fixed in me waiting to hear the good news!!! Jay called me sister!! She eagerly asked me whether I hear her!! She said mom, see, sister is awake!!! I couldn't say I don't remember her!! For a reason, I couldn't say I didn't remember them!!! I nodded to see her reassured face!! And she smiled… just … when I came out of the hospital …!!! She sighs …. Do you know what the scariest thing was?? …it is that none knew me!!! Neither neighbors nor friends!!!... Actually none called me with my name… none said how are you… that day I knew that my world comprises only Jay and Mom …

Then she closes her eyes and looks scarily to him: do not dare to harm anyone of them, if you want to keep yourself and your beloved ones safe!!

Ka Di looks at her from behind!! He wants to believe, but he couldn't!! Thinking that accepting her words and this story, means that the last 13 years of preparation, or him waiting for the truth to be uncovered is be gone in air!!!

Amie looks at him: you still think am Lu Di? … you will waste more of my time then …She intends to leave ...but Ka Di calls her from behind: "Can't you remember the "Swan Lake"..? He looked at her …feeling nostalgic!!"

Amie surprised: «Swan Lake!!" she holds her head hurt!! Then she looks at him «you mean the Sawn Lake in Rapunzel!! The famous Cartoon!! 😜😂

Ka Di looks at her like seriously!!!

Ka Di: since you opened your heart, let me tell you a story of mine!! This way, we will be even!!! He looks into the sea and tells Amie the story:

13 years ago!!!

After school Ka Di asked Lu Di to go with him to a place to accomplish the art homework. Lu Di asked him: where are we going?!

Ka Di: Swan Lake!! I asked grandfather for tickets to accomplish our homework!! I need to get the best mark!

Lu Di: you aren't going to confess or something, are you?!?

Ka Di: what!! Why should I confess to an arrogant stupid someone like you!! Stupid!! I don't care about you!! I care about my grades!

Lu Di: ohh I was just kidding!! Actually! It will be the first time for me to visit a place like this!! Thank you Ka Di for giving me this chance!

Ka Di was embarrassed as the first time she thanks him!! She was cute and beautiful… He was satisfied as the arrogant and the most beautiful student in their school thanked him for something personal... he believed that he was the first person to know something personal about her!! Among all the people she knew, he thought he is the closest to her…

They agreed to meet at the entrance of the lake in the weekend.

In the weekend, Ka Di was waiting for her at the entrance, she was late…yet later, Si La, Sam and Si Da show up.

Ka Di: what are you doing here?

Sam didn't reply…and he was annoyed to come over with them early in the weekend…

Si Da: granpa brought more tickets based on Lu Di's request!!

Ka Di surprised!! Her request? and where is she now?

Si La (looks anxious): my brother needed her... she will follow us when she finishes her work!

Ka Di and Sam look to each other (remembering when her brother slapped her in the street)

Ka Di: you go first then, We will join you once she arrives…

Si Da pushes Ka Di towards the lake: let's go and have fun!! Once she arrives! She will join us!!

Ka Di looks to Si La who nods to what Si Da said!!

They entered the place, they walked around for four hours! Sam was looking at the entrance each time and Ka Di observed this… And then Lu Di arrived... Ka Di runs to her: where have you been?!"

Lu Di (serious): I had a small work to do!! And now I came … let's finish the homework I need to comeback soon…

Sam and Ka Di look at each other again!! And Sam asked: we can help you in your work if you want …so!!"

Lu Di: thank you… enjoy your weekend!! I don't need your help!! She angrily look to Si La who lowers her head out of shame for something that happened.

Si Da shouts: oh dear! They are trying to help you!! No need to be conceited!! Isn't it you who asked for more tickets from grandpa?

Lu Di didn't answer and looked to Si La who was anxious ...she couldn't raise her eyes to meet Lu Di's!!!!

Lu Di leads the way to the lake where they need to accomplish their homework without replying to Si Da..

Si Da: arrogant witch!!

Ka Di looks at her!!! Lu Di was weaker than the last time they met!! Her facial expressions were not the usual!! She wasn't confidents as usual, her voice was shaking and countenance was not steady… Her sentences are shorter and her words are sharper and colder!!! Ka Di stops her and holds her arm from behind, but Lu Di takes back her hand out of pain!!

Ka Di worriedly: are you hurt?

Si La looks worriedly too!!

Lu Di sighs: it seems you don't want to finish your homework together … you should finish it all alone this time!!

Then she intends to leave!!

Sam follows her without saying a word!! But Lu Di didn't chase him away!!

Ka Di didn't know what to do…neither the homework nor his visit to the swan Lake had been accomplished… he intends to follow them but the driver came and picked Si Da and Ka Di…

Ka Di: why did you come now?

The driver: Master Akman asked me to pick you up .. he needs you urgently…

Si Da asked Si La to give her a ride at home.

Ka Di asks Si La: what happened? But Si La said she doesn't know, then later she adds "you can ask Sam"

He knew that he can't get the answer from neither Sam nor Lu Di!! He decided to leave!!

Ka Di opens his eyes to see the see and turns to Amie!!

He says to her: Finally Sam was the closest one to Lu Di.. I even couldn't follow her that day!!

Amie looks at him … and crossed her arms… and then says: "I am sorry!! I can't remember … neither this nor the feeling!! I usually feel hurt when I see or hear something related to my past… my therapist says that this is usual for patients like me… but I do not have these when heard your story!!

She intends to go!! Then stops... she talks to him without turning back:

She looks at him disappointedly: "How did you turn out to be the legendary Akman? You know nothing about those who surround you! How could you win what will come in the future…

Ka Di looks at her anxiously and remembers the looks of Lu Di at Sam! She felt at ease ... she was calmer when they went together..

Amie: those you call friends? Are they really your friends? Can you be honest and open to them!!? Do they know what you have been doing all this time..?? can you expose your real plans?? Like you and Sam? Your friends Arrey? Jade? Si La? Are you sure they are your close friends to whom you can reveal your secrets? Wake up Ka Di Akman!!! If you are waiting Lu Di to help you, then it would be better if you believe she is dead… Lu di is not the Key to the past, you are this key!!!

Ka Di thinking and questioning: why does she know my relations? My friends? Their names? My plans?

She leaves, when Arrey arrives, she smiles to him provokingly. Arrey murmured angrily "scary witch".

Ka Di was buried under the words of Amie "it is clear that Sam knew something you did not know"!! Was he someone to be dragged? "can you be honest with them?" you are the key, Lu Di is not the key!! Wake up Ka Di Akman!!! Wake up…"

Arrey tries to wake him up, but in vain!! Arrey questions: what did this witch did to you!! Ka Di … Ka Di what kind of spell is this!!!

Ka Di speaks finally: who are you Amie? What is your target??

Arrey looking at him and then at her… shall I follow her…

Ka Di: no!! you will be in trouble if you come next to her from now and on… stop checking on her and her family… or you will be her scapegoat… she doesn't fear neither law, nor our power… before solving her, we can't come closer to her mother and sister…

Arrey: what did she say to you? You seem frightened!!

Ka Di: Frightened!!! No!! I am awake… he looks at the roadway and says: she is my alarm… she could finally wake me up…

Arrey receives a call and then shouts: what?? Have you located his place?

Arrey: Ka Di, it's time to hunt some fish!!!

Ka Di looks at him: did he move?

Arrey nods.

Ka Di when leaving… he looks at the sea and murmurs: " she is actually my lucky charm"

Amie steps away; at the bus station, Jay was waiting for her. Jay says: how was it?

Amie smiles: mission complete! Yours?

Jay: mine too!! But aren't you a bit harsh on him? You made him lost!! He must be really struggling now.

Jay took the phone and the call between them (Amie and Jay) was open and she was listening to the whole conversation between Amie and Ka Di…

Amie while riding the bus: I wonder whether it is true!!

Jay: what is true? Being harsh? But İ wonder what the other one is thinking now!!

Amie: let's wait and see…he will call us soon!

Her quite face disappears and the emotionless voice overshadowed her words: no room to useless people in this life…"

Jay murmurs: things are getting serious, aren't they sister? I rely on you to protect me!

Amie: you will protect yourself!! İ might be far away then.

Jay looks worriedly to her.

Amie looks at her and smiles calmly: "don't worry, before İ go İ will make sure you are all safe…

then she adds 'And before this, İ got my paycheck, let's go to shopping tonight, weren't willing to buy a new dress to the funeral… now İ want to buy for me too!!' she smiles calmly.

Jay: shopping!! Woah!! You know me well sis!! Let's gooooo!!

When life brings back your memories in front of your eyes, happy ones make your heart flatter, but when sad memories arise, you heart aches. The memories Jay and Amie have are neither happy nor sad!! Remembering the past would hurt them more and more!! But did they choose to let go the past? Or do they have other plans?

Does Jay know about her past? And why is Amie very protective to her?

Serenity restaurant is settled to bring serenity to people with its location and calmness in the place, but Amie was the storm that destroyed this sense in Arrey and Ka Di's eyes. Why did she decide to call? why did she decide to raise the doubts in Ka Di's mind?

All the chess pieces are mingled!! Although each piece has its role and place, but in our game, they are all mingled and mixed. Players are confused, except for Lu Di… every step is well calculated, years ago, it was all planned!! Lu Di and Sam's mystery couldn't be solved till now, would Amie be able to solve it? Or is she part of this game?

The serenity restaurant shifted from being aa serenity shelter to a war room …
